We bought 2 new cars from this dealershio in the past 18 months. The first one was brand new and had severe problems, which were fixed, but never received a satisfactory reason for the defect. The car made us nervous to drive with our family, so we wanted to find a certified used vehicle for the approximate same price as what we originally bought. Due to some credit history, they were unable to provide us with a vehciel of our choice several different ones we picked out. ultimiately we picked out another new vehicle, which wound up coming without floor mats, was severely upside down, had to beg them for GAP insurance, and now we have another lemon. This car also needed a new steering shaft, brake master cylinder/booster, tire falling apart from inside and trim falling apart inside and speakers cutting in and out, all before hitting 6500 miles. The car is not what we wanted and now because we were led to believe this was an awesome car and a great deal, we owe about $9,000 more than trade in value is worth. Once was possibly a fluke, twice is a product that makes us concerned to buy another. Did not like the pressure to buy the car we did and unfortunately we made a $25k mistake. No doubt we will go out of town and conduct our business elsewhere, and most definitely will not be a Chevy car.
