We have had our GMC Acadia and GMC HD2500 Diesel serviced at the GMC service department for a year. Never have I had such amazing service. From the gentleman who greets me when I drive in, to Susan at the cashier's desk, the parts department, and Chris in Service. IMPECCABLE service, outstanding experience, each and every time. Due to this incredible experience, I knew I wanted my next purchase to be a vehicle that I could have serviced with these fine folks. They referred me to Kim in sales, who knew 10 months ago I had my eye on a Cadillac SRX. I checked in with Kim once to let her know my desired vehicle, but it took me 10 months to save the down payment I needed. When I walked in Friday night, she remembered me, pulled up my profile, and it was like we have never skipped a beat. Kim was incredibly knowledgeable on different options for the SRX, respected my price point and knew my must-have's. NEVER, in the whole process, did I feel like I was being "sold." After hours of internet research and driving other Makes and models, we came to Kim at 4:15 on Saturday (thinking they were open till 6 or 8.) At 4:59 during our test drive, we saw the gates closed, and only then did Kim tell us the dealership closed at 5. We truly loved this vehicle, and Kim, the sales manager, the finance manager, AND his assistant stayed with us throughout the entire process, till 6:30, on THEIR weekend. And, all with a smile. Again, NEVER a sales pitch, from the sales manager, to the finance manager. They all respected us as buyers, presented options professionally and from their personal opinion, but with a 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty offered free on the "certified" used car I bought, they clearly disclosed, you don't need an extended warranty. We respect each and every employee we came across at Royal Cadillac and are extremely loyal fans. If you have ANY thought of buying a GMC or a Cadillac, you MUST go meet our friends at Royal.

I traveled from Phoenix to visit Royal for a great deal as well as the warranty forever program. I met Krysta who helped me get to know all the awesome features while test driving the vehicle. She has been so helpful before, during, and after my car purchasing experience. I worked with Rick at the end on signing papers, who made, what I thought would be an overwhelming task, easy to understand and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Only great things to say about Royal and their staff!

We did all our research on luxury SUV's using Edmunds,with the Escalade as a favorite. Planning to only test drive, our salesman Van was knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and efficient in answering all our questions and showing all the features/benefits/differences between the 2016 and 2017 models on our test drive. He told us about several end of the year promotions, of which we qualified for, as well as extra dealership benefits, consequently turning a test drive into a purchase. He was superb from start to finish, with stellar hands on training in our new vehicle, quickly understanding our technical skill level.

Am handicapped. Needed 2500 to pull Toyhauler. First, a work truck was brought to me and it was very uncomfortable and wouldn't work for me. Saleslady said let's build one and that worked out great.

Overall the experience was pleasant. LaMont was very knowledgable and did an excellent job without being overwhelming. We really enjoyed the experience and are really enjoying our Sierra Denali.
