We really enjoyed working with Lou Sofre at Tempe Honda. I can't say I have ever enjoyed buying a car before. There was no pressure, no hassle, no games. Lou is a very friendly, helpful guy who really wants you to take your time with the car you are considering. Also, I have never enjoyed talking with a finance manager before we met Jay Zomlefer. Jay is also a really great, no pressure, fun to talk to person. This is the first time in a long time that the car buying experience has not left me feeling like I just ran a marathon. Lou and Jay are the BEST! Thanks Guys!

Tempe Honda had more HRV options than the other locations. John showed me the different colors and trim options, and didn't try to pressure me. I stated what I wanted and he helped me find it. He discussed all my options for my trade-in as well. Jay went over all the financial options and was very transparent and informative with the details.

This is the third vehicle we have bought from Tempe Honda, using our favorite salesman Lou. Lou just makes it so easy to buy a vehicle, no high pressure salesmanship, while giving us a great deal. I loved my old HRV so much I got a new one-almost the same but obviously a new model with plenty of improvements. We will buy from here again the next time we need a new vehicle as they make it a pretty pleasant experience, even though, as a woman, I had always hated buying a car in the past. I highly recommend Tempe Honda, and if you want a great salesman try Lou.

We can't speak highly enough about the great experience we had at Tempe Honda. Our salesman, Lou Sofre was professional, personable, and very knowledgable about the vehicle we wanted. Lou was able to help us secure a new HRV even though availability was tight. He kept up informed and conscientiously followed up on the sale. We could not have asked for a better sales experience. Unfortunately, Tempe Honda was my 2nd choice but they were by far the best choice!! I was down to the wire and needed to be leaving with a new car that day. This dealership is so friendly! Everyone we dealt with including those we passed in the corridor went out of their way to be cordial and kind. Our Sales professional, Amanda, was accomodating, professional, fun and sharp as a tact. We loved her wit and ability to get things done quickly and painlessly.
