Kia service here sucks, we had our daughters 2006 Kia Rio towed in after the check engine light started flashing and we were told that because they thought that the car was driven too hard(this was detirmined because the tires were worn too much) that it would not be covered under warranty. It too them 3 days to tell me that it was probably the spark plugs and ignigtion coil. they claim that all four spark plugs failed at once. the plugs are covered for 30,000 miles the car only has 20,000 they charged me 320.00 dollars for a tune up,all the other dealers I contacted said it should only be 120.00 dollars. what rip off. The service managers are very unpleasant people. I ahve contacted KIa and they dont seem very helpful either. Still waiting for response from them.
