Again, Excited

Auto nation, Ford and Greg Spanos, our sales person, sold a second vehicle to my wife, and I. This second purchase experience was just as good as the first. Having had Mercedes vehicles for the last 10 years, I was a little concerned that Ford would not have what I wanted. Instead, I was more than pleasantly surprised at the Ford bronco sport. This is a great automobile, which meets my requirements for an SUV, new technology, and a sporty look. Worked with me to get the exact vehicle I wanted and another seamless purchase was completed.

2006 Chevy Colorado turned out to be just the truck I wanted.

After many months of online window shopping and a couple of personal views and a test drive I found my truck on Auto Trader (stock photo). We went to take a test drive and were greeted by a friendly staff only to find my truck still being checked and on the rack so I purchased it without a test drive with their 250 mile 5 day return. We picked it up after the weekend and went on a 200 mile test drive through Southern AZ. I love my truck and looking forward to many more miles of adventure.

The only place I would go to get my Ford Raptor!

I genuinely hate dealerships and dealing with the "traditional" scummy car sales person. I have been buying most of my cars out of state for the last 7-8 years. So this was walking back into the thunderdome. I have to say though that the Autonation Scottsdale Ford dealership has some great team members focused on the customer. Focused on followup. Focused on the experience. They get that its not about that one sale, but the lifetime value of the customer. So I am absolutely an advocate of Autonation Dealerships now!

Since Ford keeps hounding me for a review I’ll share my Google review. Oh and to top it off I see Ford responded apologizing and asking me to CALL them. I’m your customer you have my phone number for Christ stakes. I digress here is my experience; Auto Nation is usually very on top of things however this experience was terrible. I asked for a quote on a leveling kit while dropping off the truck @ 10:30 was promised two never received one. I start calling my service advisor at 2:00pm for an update can’t get ahold of him till 3 he doesn’t know the status. 4:00pm my truck battery is being tested but it’s taking 30 minutes to charge it. That’s the last I hear. I call from 4:45 to 6:00pm to no avail and I had to call sales. Truck was supposed to be dropped off at my house and the service paperwork I was told by sales was on the “drop off lady’s desk” but she had gone home for the day. I picked up my truck at 8:45. My issue was the remote unlock/start. I was taking a trip up north to Forest Lakes. I didn’t get there until 1:00am that morning due to not having my truck and having to rush to get supplies. All I wanted was a tire rotation and check/ battery looked at. All around dropped the ball. Still waiting on my leveling kit quotes tho and my truck still won’t remote start or unlock

Awesome sales team

I worked with the sales team to trade in two vehicles that we made an agreement on. Before returning to sign all paper work my brother in-law said he would buy one of the trades from me. I was concerned it would be a problem changing the deal. I called the sales team to inform them and to my surprise they where very understanding and no hassle to change the deal .

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

After buying a half dozen trucks in past decade or more from this dealership, all I can say is that they used to be top notch, great, excellent service, etc....not anymore. They literally have the most incompetent group of people imaginable running the service department. After buying a new F150 a few months ago, it started having front end shaking issues. Nothing severe, but concerning. I took it to the service department and asked if I could drop it off and pick it up at end of day to get oil change and routine maint along with front end shaking looked at, only to get laughed at and told I would need to leave truck for at least 2 to 3 weeks. This is when the nightmare began. I then tried to schedule an appointment for later the following week and couldn't, so once again, I was limited to taking my new truck to the carwash for routine maintenance. I then scheduled the maintenance for Monday November 6th in advance. Additionally, in an effort to be proactive, I dropped my truck off 2 days early on Saturday November 4th and emphasized how critical it was that this get done on Monday, and I didn't want to deal with the mad rush of cars trying to get in for service. Well, come Monday after leaving voicemails and emails to get an update, no calls or emails were returned. I literally had to beg the receptionist to go ask Kevin to quit dumping me into voicemail, and she did. When Kevin finally picked up, he sounded exhausted and said, "yeeeaaahhh, I was going to give you a call back here soon, but I've been really busy!" At this point, I was really upset. Then he told me they haven't even had a chance to look at my truck and it was nearly 4PM, then I became really ticked off. I knew I wasn't getting anywhere with this person and could tell he could care less, so I asked to speak to the service manager Keith. Turns out Keith likes to dump customer calls into voicemail so I had receptionist beg him to answer his phone and I think this offended Keith. Next Keith went on to tell me not to use cuss words, I told him I was really F PO'd and that this is BS. He then went on to tell me to come pick up my truck and that they will never allow me to get my truck serviced there again.

I left my vehicle with them for a week so they could perform repairs while I was out of town. They only looked at my vehicle a day before I returned and never contacted me about the result. No repairs were performed in the only window I had to get them done.

Unhappy with Service Dept

Scheduled an appt at 9:00AM. Service Mgr said it might need to stay overnight. Know more when they looked at it. 7 hours later I called THEM to check on the status of my vehicle and was told it had not even been liked at yet and that someone “probably should have told me it might be 3 to 5 days” before I got my vehicle back. I went back and picked up the vehicle the next morning. No work was done.

Mediocre service visit

Trying to be nice here, came in for vehicle service (oil change, tire rotation, recall and complimentary car wash). The facility is clean, location is good. I think the basic needs were met, but the vehicle was not washed. In fact, when I went to pick it up, the agent said they did a poor job of washing it...which I now understand means they just didn't wash it (it simply wasn't). This resulted in other questions, what else didn't they do?!?! To be 100% fair, service was timely and they gave me a Lyft to and from the dealership. I understand we are in differing times (unfortunate) but is customer service completely gone? The place felt....sterile....felt like it lacked culture, anima. I didn't get the impression anyone wanted to be there (sad). Perhaps I expect too much?

Mach E EV 1st service (10,000 mile)

Okay… not spectacular. When I returned home, I wasn’t sure if anything was done. Tire pressure indicator / warning came on as I pulled into garage, under inflated tires; about 15 miles from AutoNation Ford Scottsdale. Screen indicator informed me that tires were 34-36 psi; tire manufacturer, & Mach E EV recommend 39 tire psi when tires are cold. Service invoice was not reviewed with me as to what was done (Multi Point inspection). 21000 points that we were awarded after we purchased Mach E had expired; I wanted to use them for maintenance service charges if any. We were never told that they expired One year after vehicle purchase.
