Beyond happy with the service. We brought our ford fusion here and yea ford to GM because when we bought the car used it came with a GM warranty. Well Caleb in the service department jumped through so many hoops to get the job done for us. Installed what he could at GM. Then brought the car to ford for computer work. I can’t thank Caleb enough. He worked with us through the entire process. Kept us informed and up to date. Got the job done in a crazy time frame considering what needed to be done. Honestly, that guy doesn’t get enough credit. I will forever now buy GM vehicles from this dealership. Just because I know if anything happens Caleb will be there to walk me through the process and make sure I am completely satisfied. Thank you Caleb I wish their were more honest, open and kind people like you in this world.

Exhaust repairs

After market exhaust system, purchased through Lamb Chevrolet, Prescott, Az. Repairs were not up to industry standards. System should have been replaced instead of mickey mouse repair. The butterfly valve that fell out was reinstalled backwards, not per factory install. Very poor workmanship on the part of this Dealership.

The staff here are very friendly, professional and no car buying pressure! Shawn Turner in sales is awesome to deal with along with the Sales manager many Briseno. My husband and I just purchased a new 2019 Impala from Lamb Chevrolet and had a very positive experience overall. Ben and Shawn were great to work with in finding the car we wanted and working with us on the sales process. We had an aftermarket part added to the car and Lamb staff was prompt in scheduling the installation. Overall a very positive experience. We highly recommend Lamb Chevrolet for Sales and Service.

2019 Cadillac XT4

Buying a vehicle from Lamb Cadillac couldn't have been any easier. We were looking for a smaller SUV to replace our CTS. On arrival, we were greeted by a very nice salesperson, Gary Hebner, who was very informative, answered all of our questions, showed us vehicles we were interested in, took us on a tour of the facility, introduced us to the folks we would need to contact for service and accessories, which made us very comfortable doing business with Lamb. I've purchased a lot of vehicles over the years and Lamb Cadillac was by far the best experience ever. I would give them a 10 star rating if it were possible.!

Made an appointment for an oil and filter change. I was met by an employee when I arrived. It seemed like very little time passed when I was told my vehicle was all set to go. The dealer not only changed the oil but rotated the tires and checked and topped of all the fluid levels. Wait time was quick. While waiting I enjoyed free coffee and donuts. The service on my vehicle was at NO cost to me. Great place to purchase a vehicle with great service too!!!

Service was good but disappointed in trying to upgrade my vehicle to perform better. There are so much restrictions on what you can and cannot do to your vehicle. All to make it run at its peak performance. The overinflated price is outrages.
