The Findlay team ordered our Rav Hybrid and we actually got in 3 weeks, just the time frame they promised. In this day of car shortages we were amazed. Financing, trade in, all was easy and a very pleasant experience. Friendly and very professional. Highly recommend them.

Alan was very helpful and although there wasn't much inventory to work with, he found us a great vehicle that met our needs and he handled everything professionally and promptly. I only wish the Prius 4 had a spare tire, which we didn't realize until after the purchase.

Best car buying experience ever !

I went to Findley Toyota after work on Friday to look at the lot and maybe test drive some vehicles before making my final decision on a new car. I was almost positive I was purchasing a Honda Civic or Accord as these were always my go to cars, but I wanted to see what Toyota offered. After looking around the lot I asked a salesmen ( Carlos Noriega ) if I could test drive a few cars. After listening to my needs and expectations of my cars we decided to test drive the Camry and the new C-HR . Carols was very knowledgeable and informative! We even took one of the cars on a second test drive just so I could experience some of the cars special features. Carlos must have spent at least an hour I would say answering all my questions. I fell in love with the CH-R and decided to purchase. The team from sales to signing paperwork was fantastic ! I seriously felt like I had known these people my whole life ! They were outgoing, funny , attentive and truly on your side ! The entire process was enjoyable and surpassed all my expectations. If you are in the market for a new car visit Findley Toyota and ask for Carlos !! I promise he won't let down ! Oh by the way I LOVE MY C-HR !!!

No I just like to say thank you for the service that you guys have done and I have to thank one salesmen in particular mr. Kyle Watson you sold me my first truck a year ago I and and I walked in there a year later to get refinanced and walked out of there with a new truck that I absolutely love!!! There's more room for my family and enjoy the outdoors the way we do. And the top it all off with Kyle. He has been awesome with just answering all of my questions all my texts all my phone calls even when I have problems afterwards he's right on top of it for me thank you I got to hand it over to Mark Johnson who got my interest rate dropped 20%. A wonderful experience

I had a wonderful opportunity to work with Gina Attaguile and the Findlay team. Gina is a joy to work with, so helpful, knowledgeable and caring. To be honest I was apprehensive about purchased a car, the last time left me with a very bad and expensive experience. Gina was understanding and able to really turn things around for me thank you Gina Attaquile, Johnny Miramon, Mike Sink and Martin Norris and the rest of the Findlay team for your help in getting me into the model car that I have wanted for over 10 years and for welcoming me into the Findlay family. Pleasant Experience

There was no high pressure or being chased by golf carts here. Alan Hoover is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We entered Findlay's not knowing what we wanted and with a budget. He showed us several cars that met our needs. We bought a wonderful 2017 RAV4 and would recommend Alan for a hassle-free experience.

I purchased my very first car at Findlay Toyota and just wanted to let everyone know what an amazing experience I had with everyone there. I went on the last day of the month in April, just to look at a used Toyota Corolla I had seen online. I was paired up with Humberto (Berto) Aranda, and he immediately went to work to help me find my dream car. He was very kind and easy-going. After a few test drives, I ended up going with a 2018 Corolla instead of a used one. I must admit that my brothers' and I drove a hard bargain, but Berto, Kyle, Jamaal, and Gary did everything possible to satisfy my very specific requirements. John Ward was also very helpful when it came to answering all of the many questions I had regarding my financing for this car. As a first time buyer, my nerves were at ease in such a friendly and professional atmosphere. Overall, I am so happy that I kept my money local, and with such a great dealership. I will definitely return to Findlay Toyota Prescott for all of my car buying needs, and I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

You wrote a review for Findlay Toyota Prescott A moment ago 3/23/2018 My family suddenly expanded by 4 and my wife and I needed a bigger car... fast. We had an old 4 Runner and decided we needed an 8 seat vehicle. I hate shopping for anything... a car most of all. I called a Toyota garage manager buddy of my who ran a place back in Washington and asked him what to do. He said "Get a Highlander" and "Here's what would be a fair price range". Data in hand I contacted Jeff Bonnar at Findlay in Prescott. I'd cut his hair a couple of times and he seemed like a pretty good guy. I told him my budget, my preferences and my time line. Within 48 hours we drove away in a much better car than I thought we could afford at a price that my friend in Washington said was more than fair. There was no dickering, no BS, no games. In, out, done. Service at Findlay has been stellar since then. Jeff gave me his personal cell which I've called for things as simple as "How do I work the sun roof." He always responds as though I'm a frekking rock star. Service, sincerity and no headaches. We love our Highlander! As good as it gets in the car biz.

Painless Experience

Christina did a great job of finding us the right Highlander for the right price! She answered emails, texts, and phone calls quickly and effectively, and I always knew where we stood in the process. Probably one of the least painful car buying experiences ever! Pick up was pretty quick, by automobile standards. Still lots of paperwork, but handled about as efficiently as possible. We'll use them again!

My Mom and I came in to Findlay Toyota this week to see what our options were on getting a good used car. JENNIFER greeted us with a big smile. We drove there in my 1996 Toyota Camry which had a lot of miles on it and we beginning to have one serious problems. We be no idea we would be driving a brand new Toyota Corolla home! JENNIFER was absolutely wonderful through out the process!! The experience was so amazing. Every team member at Findlay Toyota was very kind and supportive through the whole process was great! it's the people that work there. I bought 2013 Toyota Highlander from Tim's Toyota and I came back to buy my Rav4 at Findlay because the salesman I bought my Highlander from works there, and now is the sales manager. As a Vietnam veteran, I have purchased countless diverse vehicles from numerous dealerships across the country over the last 50 years. There have been some less than pleasant experiences and a few very nice ones in purchasing a new or previously owned vehicle. Yesterday, I visited with Christina Wilcox, Internet Sales Manager at Finley Prescott Toyota, Arizona. From the initial email and telephone connection, it was clear that Christina was different than any other salesperson I had ever met. There was absolutely no sales pressure or manipulation. She was genuine, caring, patient, and a great listener. I agreed to meet in her office the same day. Although several times I asked her advice on the purchase of a new vehicle, as if I was her brother, it was clear that she viewed each customer like family. She created instant rapport and trust necessary when purchasing a new vehicle for thousands of dollars. I certainly would refer any of my family and friends to Christina when they are looking for a previously owned or new vehicle. When I first arrived in her office and waited while she obtains vehicle keys, I read her notebook filled with testimonials from individuals and families who purchase vehicles with her support and guidance. They described her as sweet, knowledgeable, responsive, and honest just to mention a few comments. Each person seemed to feel the same as I do that Christina exemplifies what we all wish salespeople embody when we have the monumental task of selecting our next vehicle. In this spirit, I’m adding my testimonial to encourage other potential purchasers that they will not be disappointed working with her. This purchase was the simplest, easiest, fastest, process that I have ever experienced in purchasing any car much less a new vehicle. She took extra care to be certain that I had transferred all my belongings from my previous vehicle and that I had an opportunity to test drive different vehicles and colors that she recommended. After our business transaction, as she handed me the keys to my new 2017 Toyota Camry, she extended her hand and I gratefully shook it and thanked her for the thorough and compassionate support. And then, I said this is nice, but I thought a hug would make more sense as the whole experience felt like family and she graciously shared a hug with me.
