Around two months ago, I was looking for a fully-loaded used Audi A5. I was working with a very tight budget so that I was sure not to overspend on my new daily driver. The guys at Porsche North Scottsdale had just what I was looking for - a clean example that came with the user manual and both keys. More importantly, their pricing on the vehicle was absolutely astonishing. The same day I saw this particular A5 was the same day I walked out with a new (to me) car. I did request something in terms of payment in which they didn't approve of initially, but they were able to go above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Each and every one of the staff members was friendly, thus making the experience ever-so memorable. More importantly, I would like to extend my gratitude to Brad Levine for hooking me up with arguably the best "bang for the buck" deal in the Valley and Singh Virk for helping me find what I was looking for. I will be conducting business with this location in the future when it comes time to upgrade my vehicle.

I just bought a used Audi at this dealership. I was warmly greeted when I entered the dealership and treated as if I was spending big bucs on a new Porsche even though I was buying a 3 year old vehicle. In fact, they offered my wife and I lunch on the dealership premises. How often does that happen? Once we agreed on the price, the transaction went smoothly and I was out the door in about 1 1/2 hours from start to finish. Not once was I surprised with hidden costs etc. I've purchased about 30 cars in my life and this experience ranks right up there with one of the best I've had.

I came in and before I could say a word one of the sales staff said to me in a mocking slow voice: "No pesos from Mexico, only US dollar". I am a US citizen, I am not mexican, and I bought my Porsche elsewhere. Needless to say, I will be getting a Porsche for my son when he graduates from college this spring...and it won't be from here.

Worst experience ever. I was ignored and spoken to rudely. I've had Porsche cars before and bought from Porsche dealerships. There are plenty of places in the valley that are far better. Beware.

Went in to discuss the possibility of leasing a 911. Salesman stated that 95% of his cars are cash purchases and that Porsche does a "favor"for those who are unable to make a cash purchase to offer any lease terms. He did not want to discuss numbers specifically but stated that most 911s will be in the $2000/month range without looking into it in detail. This is the worst experience I have had at a dealer. I believe I will report this experience to Porsche corporate. I will go elsewhere.

Went in this dealer to purchase a cayenne with a trade in of my 2 and half year old, excellent condition Lexus vehicle, which we bought brand-new and had zero problems. The sales was not being honest at all with the communication. General manager came in to talk down about my trade, offered us a joking price way below than the black book average trade-in value. He talked as if we made a terrible mistake to own the Lexus. The experience of trying to buy the vehicle from this dealer was very frustrating. We ended up getting our cayenne from Tucson with a honest transaction and much better price for the trade and cayenne.

Sold me a porsche, said it was only mildly touched up. In fact entire front and left side were replaced along with major undercarriage components. Flew in from LA. These guys are dishonest to say the least starting with the GM zolotto. Thankfully Porsche the Manufacturer stepped up and worked to make it right. Again come to LA or go to Tucson. These guys are the worst
