I was referred to this dealership from a friend, Let me just say it was a process and I wanted to give up, but Albert Michael and Bret I'm not sure if that's his name . But these 3 guys worked very hard got me a good deal less money down. They did what they said they will do and more. When it was all said and done I left the lot one happy camper in my 2012 Land Rover .

Best deal! Best service totally safe and friendly staff! Got back to me fast and I am so happy I bought from this dealership! Brian, Michael and Alber all worked seamlessly to get me the best deal possible - and even after I had bought my new Kia soul - they actually kept working and got me an extra $20 off my monthly payment with lower interest rate! Oh and a lower deductible! I highly recommend this dealership - Arizona best cars has so many beautiful vehicles to choose from and their standards are high, they inspect their cars and stand on their word. Honestly I have had a couple of dealerships that were not ethical and made me frightened to buy a car ever again ! Not so with ABC ! I have found the best dealership in Arizona and have recommended them at least 12 times already in one day to my staff and clients ! Roman was great too - he accompanied me on my test drive - I was praying about where to buy my new car and looking and looking - and seriously was lead to them by no mistake ! Albert, Roma, Aaron and the rest of the staff were awesome to work with. I generally hate car shopping, but this family owned and operated car lot made this experience actually painless. They are honest and friendly with no pushiness. I test drove 2 vehicles and was undecided, they took the time to talk me through the pros and cons along with my husband and I settled on a very nice Mercedes-Benz GL 450. The price was a great deal and the financing was quick and came back at a competitive rate. I HIGHLY recommend this business if you are in the market for a quality pre owned vehicle.

I was recommended to Arizona Best Cars by coworker and bought a car there. In short, they are honest people and have good quality cars. They also respect you and your time. I schedule appointment and when I showed up they had the car ready for me to drive. They answered all my questions about a car and finance. the whole process was not pushi. They also finished the whole transaction in less then 90 minutes.

I recently bought an Audi A5 here. As noted by another reviewer, the car features listed in their ad were not included with this vehicle, and I was told they use a generic description based on the car's VIN. Not entirely accurate. However, the vehicle was in great shape and they gave me a fair price for my trade-in. They also went beyond the call when I noted wheel vibration at highway speeds, providing a free wheel alignment and balance. When that didn't cure the issue and the tires were found to be the cause, they provided me with 4 brand new quality sport tires, balanced and mounted. I'm sure they didn't make a large profit on this sale, but they have a satisfied customer.

I have been searching different dealerships looking for a larger vehicle. I recently had a baby and have 2 other children and my chevy cruze was getting cramped. I knew I would have negative equity trading in my car, but still had hopes of a lower monthly payment. After searching different places I came across Arizona Best Auto. They had the car I was looking for (Chevy Equinox) at a great price and good reviews. I am so happy i made the 40 minute drive because I ended up leaving with the car of my dreams and a monthly payment 200$ lower than I had even expected with my trade in. Thank you Michael and Daniel and all the employees that worked so hard to make me feel comfortable, and to get me a low interest rate and a great monthly payment! I recently stopped by to look at a vehicle that was listed for sale on the website. Online there were many features listed that the vehicle was equipped with. When I got to the lot and saw the vehicle, I found it was inaccurately advertised. The salesman I spoke with gave me a roundabout excuse as to why the vehicle was shown to have features the vehicle was not equipped with. If you see a vehicle you are interested in, I advise you call and question all features listed that interest you as there is no telling if the features the vehicle actually has will match up with the listing. Not only would I not recommend them; I'm telling everyone I know my disaster story that is not over yet: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! I still don't have the truck I purchased on April 22, 2018, returned to them on April 25, 2018 for MAJOR repairs and it is Now May 22,2018. Dragging their feet over and over again. When will this nightmare end???

I was lucky enough to find this true family car dealership through my bank/insurance car buying service. They had the car and the price I was looking for so I thought I would check it out. Showed up at the dealership, met DANIEL AND MICHAEL, who were courteous - NOT PUSHY - and drove the car. All was great and as advertised, so I decided to look at the numbers. This was the most straightforward and SIMPLE process I have ever had. No fees, no garbage, no speedy talk, 4 numbers, and the final O.T.C. number. I bought the car - and they are going to deliver it! If you are used to the big dealership experience, understand, this is not that and Arizona Best Cars is SOOOOOO much better. Thank you Michael and Daniel! On Sat. April 7th we found a 2009 Tahoe online and sent an inquiry. Although, they are closed that day they did reply back which was surprising. We went down the following day to look at it. The ad stated that it had a DVD player (which it did not), but when you state it does it of course will raise the price as an added feature. We still loved the Tahoe so we purchased it anyways. The sales rep stated a fellow employee was going to fill up the tank for us and while we waited he would like us to fill out this survey. He sat there supervising us practically while we did it. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional to make you feel that you had to do the survey, and that you couldn't say anything other than praises as he was right there. Then when done posting he was instantly on the computer to check it before giving us the keys so we could leave. We got in the Tahoe and as we pulled off the lot we noticed that nobody actually filled the tank like they stated it was only a half a tank still. The sales representative, Michael, said that everything was done in the service department prior to being on the lot for sale, but he did not have the report right then. He assured us with 100% guarantee that oil, brakes, fluids, etc. were all checked. We di5 minutes down the road before the Tahoe indicated that it was only at 17%.. When we got home we were able to look at the vehicle in more detail without a hovering sales rep watching over us, and we notice the brake pads are worn and need of replacing as well. It is upsetting to be lied to and makes me wonder what was actually done and what wasn't. I have emailed them requesting the documents that we were promised and no reply. I called today and they said they would try to get them emailed. I will wait to see if they arrive or if I have to contact them again. We also discovered that the vehicle has scratches all around it that were covered up with touch ups that you can feel on every side. The back side panel that is towards the top by the back door is also popped out of the panel and going to have to be taken into a shop to be fixed. Overall, yes we purchased the Tahoe and I do like it, but the type of service we received is not right and the lack of information and false advertisement of amenity is not right either. Price should have been lowered
