I purchased many cars from them . Wanting to trade up. They wasted 2 hours of my time after one test drive of the vehicle of my choice (17 rogue black) after following a credit check My salesman Jason Seahak passed me off to Hayden (who both ignored me afterwards ) I was very polite having worked 13 hours to not be greeted properly nor offered water no nothing very bad business etiquette. Then I told them I needed to get something to eat as I haven't ate anything all day . Before this I also told them I had an appointment to look at another vehicle at another dealership , also told them after my test drive that I'd like to go get me something to eat given I'm a diabetic my sugars was low also had to take my medicine (my medicine was in my car)after I eat as well . Then I was trying to be patient was seated by the entrance to where my car was parked then they went on to say they had to do a appraisal so they took my keys to my vehicle they took so long to where the other dealer closed (they was afraid of missing business) then they go on to say we appraised your vehicle (never seen anyone come out to my car) as I sat there they gon offer me 9k for my brand new Sentra ..... hey a Mercedes dealer offered me $14,600 so why on earth would I take less it's funny given I went to AbcNissan where I bought it so I know they can still certify it as it has less than 5k been well taken care of since purchased . They tried to screw me NEVER WILL I TRUST THEM EVER AGAIN NOR BUY A NISSAN AFTER THIS IVE OWNED SEVERAL NISSANS BOUGHT MANY THROUGH THEM OVER THE YEARS NEVER HAVE I BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS . I would not recommend AbcNissan/Nissan to anyone the reason they have such high markups is because they don't hold their value . Will go back to Honda from now and out . Had I Fit bought it for 22k ish sold it 8mos later I got 15k for it at least it didn't lose it value in the first month they dishonest sales people don't tell u that so BUYER BEWARE note: they ran my credit never told me where my scores where at , what the numbers looked like as far as payment then Jason Seahak never responded to my text nor delievered as he promised to get back to me about it. It was very nice of ABC Nissan to take the time to talk and deal with me over the phone since I live 100 miles south of Phoenix. The sales man was always pleasant and constantly gave me assurances they would prove themselves to be the dealer of choice. They did not disappoint and I'll be back again.

Scam

They will try to rip you off. They also lie and use weird tactics to hold you there. I thought I was the only one until I read more reviews on yelp. If you haven't completed a purchase, they will hold on to anything you have given them in order to keep you there, even though you've decided to not go through with the purchase. They held my down payment for over 3 hours before telling me to come back the next day to get my refund, at which point they tried again to seal the deal. Many other people experience them holding their car keys so they were unable to leave. They also cursed at me and accused me of wasting their time; the time they spent doing their job. Beware. Do not do business here.

Very good salesman. Courteous throughout the entire experience. Very easy to talk to. We told him what we were looking for and within 30 minuets he exceeded our expectations finding us the perfect match of vehicle and was able to negotiate to a very reasonable price. It was an amazing experience with both him and the sales manager that day. We loved the staff at ABC Nissan. The only part that was less than superior was the length of time it took to do the title registration etc. which was completely out of our sales reps hands. Jesus was the best sales man we have ever worked with. So kind and patient and courteous. And very quick to meet our expectations.

Kristen Blythe and ABC Nissan were wonderful. I started shopping at another valley Nissan valley dealership and did not like the service there. Walked in to ABC Nissan and was amazed at their knowledge and level of professionalism. I am glad I was able to make my purchase with ABC Nissan. Thank you Kristen, love the new truck!

I went in today to look and possibly purchase a 2015 Altima. Michael Keanneg was a sales person i worked with and he was knowledgeable, easy going and a great listener (I am very adamant about what I want). All around great guy, regardless of the fact he's a car salesman ;). I also had a pleasure to work with Alfonso Santos, who much like Michael he was attentive, prompt and courteous. These two make a stellar team. As mentioned I didn't buy a car, (hence 4 stars), price we agreed on, but interest rate we didn't (finance people are not dream weavers haha). Oh well. Nevertheless, I thought I'd write a review as I believe their effort was praise worthy. Thank you Michael and Alfonso. Keep up the great work.

This was my first time visiting ABC Nissan and i must say, it was a very pleasant experience. I walked in planning just to look and ended up purchasing a Nissan Altima. My sales rep was very kind and informative about the car that I purchased. The service was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this dealership and saleman to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I have bought from ABC Nissan before and they have always been very professional and courteous. This time around I was matched up with Michael Kanneg. He was great! He showed me a few cars and I chose the Nissan Sentra SV. He then paired me up with Mason in finance and he was great as well! As Long as I live in AZ this will always be my place of choice when it comes to new cars! Thanks guys!

I had called in and spoke to Travis about a used Lexus I had seen online. He was very helpful and even had a personal video of the car sent to me. I decided it was not the car for me, so they invited me to go to their tent sale. Travis met with me there and had Andy help me pick out a BMW that was perfect. I love the car and I got a really go price. I would absolutely refer everyone I know looking for a car to ABC Nissan. They got me what I wanted and they were very easy to work with.

We had a wonderful experience at ABC Nissan! We bought there our new 2015 Nissan Pathfinder and got very good deal on that car.Customer service by our salesman David Adame Romero was excellent. Very polite, professional and helpful young man. He even offered himself to take me home because my wife had to go to her work. He went beyond with his service.That was very nice of him. I would definitely recommend him for your next car purchase.

I just purchased a new 2015 Nissan Xterra at ABC Nissan. I was fortunate to work with a good salesman David Adame. He was professional didn't try the hard sale with me and very straight forward with me which I like! Also I had a very good experience with finance manager Mason Kutter he was very professional and straight forward. Both David & Mason polite and respectful and professional. I would recommend ABC Nissan to my family and friends!

Lana has been wonderful today. I have never been treated with the upmost respect and comfort that she provided. She was very knowledgeable of the cars and products and did not push me into anything that I did not want. What she did push was me getting WHAT I wanted and I am leaving in my 2015 new car. Her sales manager showed that she was shadowed properly and I love this dealership. I am definitely recommend everyone I know in the market.

I had a great experience working with Kristen at ABC Nissan. She was down to earth, had a great sense of humor and was super friendly. The pressure that one typically encounters at car dealerships was pleasantly nonexistent with Kristen. She helped me find the perfect car for me, a 2014 juke, and was so helpful with all of my questions. I will recommend abc nissan to anyone I know looking for a new car.

Very friendly environment

We purchased our car last week and had a super friendly environment throughout. Sales person Daniel Talavera gave a brief walk through on our car. We also got the deal that we had in our mind!! The process took about half a day to complete before we could drive home our new car but for most of this time, Daniel helped us manage our little toddler.
