We have not bought a new vehicle in over 12 years so it has been a hot minute. We ended up ordering a Yukon SLT through Liberty GMC and it arrived last week. Caralee was extremely patient and kind with us and worked hard to ensure we left that day with our New Beauty. Don't buy here

They pulled a bait & switch (my bad for falling for it, but shame on them for doing it). Then, the car they sold me turned out to be a lemon. Broke down in the middle of an intersection a little over a week after purchase. I expressed concern during the test drive, and my salesperson said, "That's just the AWD -- that's how it feels, you'll get used to it." And the dealership won't stand by their product and fix it. Hoping the warranty covers repairs -- otherwise I own a very expensive paperweight.

Carter helped a lot

Scheduled an online appointment last night to look at a GMC 1500 Denali. Carter Drake called me first thing this morning. Took the afternoon off to go through the long buying process. Carter was very knowledgeable. I had done my research on the Denali and he introduced me to the AT4. He was able to answer every question I threw at him. We test drove both vehicles and he sold me on the AT4.

I bought a brand new Enclave from Carter Drake. He was very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. He drove the vehicle to my house so that my wife with a broken leg could see the vehicle and he gave her the same great customer service in our driveway that he gave me at the dealership. I had a great experience. I originally planned on buying a few months from now, but Carter and Winston were very helpful and they were able to find me a truck that fit what I was looking for. And they were actually able to make it work with the money I had down right now. Now I’m putting half the amount down that I originally planned on and driving a beautiful truck that I could not be happier with.
