Purchased 2015 QX60

by daveinaz1 on 02/27/2016

I purchased a 2015 QX60 from Coulter Infiniti from Craig Darling and was quite pleased with the entire experience. I would recommend Craig and Coulter Infiniti to anyone needing a new car.

Beautiful Infiniti Q40 experience

by Mish555 on 02/27/2016

I hate shopping for cars! It takes all day and salesman can b very pushy. I also do not make a habit of participating in reviews. But I must say that my experience at Coulter was not what I expected! Our salesman Craig Darling, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He didn't follow us around the lot, he gave us our space and answered our questions! Was very patient and really worked with us to get me in that car! In the past it always seems like you spend over half your day, dealing with numbers and paperwork, and this was something else I just dreaded. We slept on it and called the next morning to let Craig know we wanted the car. The great thing about this is we showed up and all the paperwork and financing were ready to b signed! In under two hours, we were headed home in our new Infiniti! That time was not just paperwork, it was Craig going over all my options in my car, syncing my iPhone, etc! What a stress free shopping experience! If you stop in, ask for Craig! 6 months later and I do not regret my purchase! Simply love driving this car! Smooth ride, sleek looking and fast! Love it!

BEST AUTO BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

by Loric530 on 02/27/2016

I have purchased a lot of cars in my life but dealing with Craig Darling at Coulter Infiniti was by far the easiest and least stressful one yet! I felt no pressure and I drove 3 different units and cam back numerous times. Craig knew all the options inside and out and made it very easy for me to understand! I would highly recommend him and the whole staff there!!!

A true standout amongst a beige background.

by bike_racer on 11/03/2015

I've had a long standing relationship with this dealer, and it's not based on appearances. They have and will go the extra mile for me at a simple ask. I recently had an itch to get a Nismo, they scratched it for me. Tony, CJ, and Brian began calling all their contacts with out so much as a deposit. Before long the deal was struck and I was happily smiling away in my brand new Nismo. This dealership, regardless of context, has always held customer service as a priority. They create a natural sense of family and sincere interest in the well being of their clientele. I am not a special case based on any subjective factors, they simply treat everyone with courtesy and good old fashioned no BS approach to car purchasing. I have continually serviced my vehicles with Coulter, I'll not go anywhere else... ever.

Fraudulent inducement! Run for the hills, one star is too many!

by jgiesler on 10/21/2015

One star is too high for this experience. Craig Darling was our salesman, remember that name. During negotiation customer, who had two months remaining on an infinity lease, agreed with Mr. Darling on the following: 1. Purchase Price 2. Monthly Payment 3. Down Payment. 4. Waived lease turn in fee (Mr. Darling assured customer that, because customer was staying with Coulter Infiniti, any and all lease termination fees would be waived). Mr. Darling was aware that this was a 'deal breaker' for customer and customer would go elsewhere if this was not part of the deal. 5. Infiniti would make the final two lease payments on current lease (rolled into note of new purchase). 6. Provide customer with a second key fob for new Mercedes-Benz. Number four is where our issue exists. Mr. Darling informed customer that he 'would take care of it' at time of purchase. Customer was instructed to inform Mr. Darling if a bill came in the mail. After a bill was received, customer informed Mr. Darling, who stated: "being that it is the end of the month and the 'girls upstairs' are busy, I will have to take care of it on the second of the month. Don't worry, I will take care of it. Fast forward one month, another bill comes in the mail and Mr. Darling is gain notified, he instructs customer to bring in the bill and he would take care of the issue. Customer brought in the bill, directly handed it to Mr. Darling and was again instructed that the issue would be resolved. In reality, Mr. Darling did nothing to resolve the issue and made no attempt to do what was bargained for. Instead, he intentionally mislead a loyal customer. This is inexcusable. Mr. Darling was in a position of trust and intentionally used that to a customer's detriment. Full disclosure, normal Coulter Infiniti business practice is to waive lease termination fees only when a customer upgrades to a new infinity. This is irrelevant because Mr. Darling, and in-turn Coulter Infiniti, agreed to waive lease termination for a customer staying with the dealership -instead of going to any number of other Phoenix car dealers. Mr. Darling's actions are disturbing and repulsive. As a fellow Arizona business owner, I would terminate any employee who acts in such a manner -I would also be personally embarrassed, infuriated and appalled by these actions. Mr. Darling's blatant disregard caused a customer to be harmed. Mr. Darling reassured a customer that a financial issue would be taken care of and that the customer needn't worry about making the payment at issue. The customer only found out that the issue hadn't been resolved via phone call from a collections agency. The customer did not lack the ability to pay the lease termination payment, rather was assured that the dealership would waive it. Mr. Darling drug the issue on for several months, resulting in a credit hit to a customer. If Mr. Darling had zero intention of honoring the agreement he entered, the responsible thing would have been to inform the customer. Several irreparable actions were taken by Mr. Darling and it is the hope of this review to caution future potential customers to run in the opposite direction of Craig Darling's office.

Great overall experience

by mikebaer on 06/04/2015

I had a fantastic experience with these guys. They didn't apply any pressure during the whole process, even though I visited multiple times before making a decision. They seemed genuinely concerned with helping me find the right car. They gave me a fantastic deal. I also worked with Infiniti on Camelback and Infiniti of Scottsdale. Coulter Infiniti was a much more pleasant experience. I highly recommend them. I worked with Nader (salesman), Henry (salesman), and Brian (sales manager). If you want high pressure, go to Camelback or Scottsdale. If you want a relaxed experience, go to Coulter. There were no hidden fees or surprises when I signed the paperwork. All the details were exactly the same as what I agreed to during the negotiation.

Our experience at Coulter Infiniti was the best we've had buying a car by far. Craig Darling was excellent to deal with, zero pressure, very knowledgeable, and helpful throughout.

This dealership does business DIRTY!

by bricereid on 06/05/2013

By far the worst experience i have had at any dealership. It started off from day one when they tried to talk me out of buying a car up north because of snow, knowing all along that their car had a ton of snow damage on it and they tried to claim it was an Arizona vehicle- False Pictures of the car were not how the car was when we flew in to see the vehicle. Sales Rep- Derrick, had to go and check what happened to the chrome and why it was painted. Then he had the audacity to state that he told us that before we flew out there. Then why do you look surprised and have to go ask someone why the car was changed?? Car had been driven almost 2K miles over what the ad stated, then they told us (after we bought the car) that it was a manager demo and was also driven back and forth from AZ to Colorado. They also voided warranty on vehicle and the local infiniti dealerships would not touch the vehicle because Coulter Infiniti caused red flags because of so many errors they put in the system when doing service on the car. Sales Manager- Branden C- is by far the [non-permissible content removed] person I have ever came across at a dealership. Under carriage of the vehicle looked like it went majorly off roading and should have over 150K miles on it, it had 40K. Again, coming from Branden- this car is in mint condition. Do you not even clean cars you sale? Infiniti should be ashamed to have this dealership represent them.

Worth the 45 minute drive

by anne29 on 02/21/2011

I had the absolute best experience leasing my new, 2011 Infiniti G37 this morning at Coulter Infiniti. The lease on my 2008 G35 was almost at an end and I wanted a new car. Not only were they able to help me get out of my lease a couple of months early, they were willing to help me take care of a couple of dents and scratches so I would'nt be charged by the bank when I returned my old car. To top it all off, I was in and out of there in less than an hour and a half and to be honest it would have been even quicker had I picked a color prior to driving to their store. Thank you again to Bert (Sales), John (Sales Manager), Brad (Business Manager) and Greg (General Manager) for making the 45 minute drive overly worth my while and for making my day!!!

Beware!

by dmcr on 09/08/2010

They had a car listed on Cars.com for $29K. I drove over an hour to go test drive it. When I decided I wanted to buy it, they drew up the paperwork which said the car was $34K but they would sell it to me for $32K. I showed them the Cars.com listing and they said the price just went up and they would "try" to sell it to me at that price. Give me a break. They also gave me a very low offer on my trade. Very insulting. Needless to say I left without buying from that dealership.

Poor followup

by wchristie1 on 08/09/2010

I purchased a used 2001 BMW Z3 from this dealership in December 2009. The sales person told me their service department would be able to take care of any issues with my BMW. I had an emissions problem within two weeks and the service department told me I would have to take it to the BMW dealership. They were not able to address the issue. My sales rep never made any follow up calls to see how the car was working out.
