Tire replacement

Had a flat that had a damaged side wall and could not be fixed. Anna found an exact match and ordered it. It came in the next day and was installed in an hour.

Green Valley Ford has ben fixing my F-250 3 years now. As for me, I noticed they treat their customers with respect, there is always someone asking if you have been taken care of. Great people make for a awsom environment!!!

Amazing customer service

Tom was amazing. He took the time to listen to our needs and point us in the right direction. He provided us with advice and recommendations based on his experience in the auto industry. I will definitely recommend Tom to my friends and family.. Tom explained all features and showed us how to use them. He showed us many other vehicles but his expertise with the ford and it features are ultimately what sold us on it.. The whole experience was excellent. When it came time to do financing and warranty coverage, Tom and Tommy explained the whole process and pros and cons of the each option to us. It was an excellent experience.

Used Chevy Avalanche Electrical problems

After replacing my battery while out of town, my electrical system went out completely after returning to Sahuarita. I had it towed to the Green Valley Service Department. They charged me $140 for diagnostics and told me that the terminal on the battery cable was loose. That lasted 48 hours before it went out again. I got it jumped and took it to Auto Zone to test the battery as that was where I bought it. They told me the battery was fine but the alternator was draining the battery. I took it directly to the Service Department. They called me two days later to tell me that my truck was ready. When I got there to pick it up, it failed to start again. Two days later, I returned to pick up my truck for the third time and was told that an aftermarket device on my dashboard was draining my battery when the truck was turned off. The Service Advisor showed me where the device was unplugged and told me to plug it back in whenever I tow anything. I also was unable to reset the clock on the center console. They told me that I will have to go to a Chevy Dealer to have the computer reset. When I got home, I looked under the hood and found a disaster on my positive battery cable. It had been split in two, each half had a copper connection added to it, secured with electrical tape. Each copper connector was attached to the terminal that attaches to the battery post. I will be going elsewhere to have the battery cable replaced.

Poor Customer Service

I had two recalls on my Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. I called to make an appointment and they said it would take about 2 hours. I dropped it off at 10am and they said it was 2 hours per recall. I am now waiting 4 1/2 hours and they said probably another 45 minutes. Had I been told the amount of time needed I would have made different arrangements because I had to miss an entire day of work. My job is in sales and I needed my car. Very poor service.

Quick Lane Lack of Service

I'm visiting the area from Idaho and wanted to get the Works for my routine service. When I called to bring my car in I was told that they only take appointments contrary to Ford policy and that of my dealer Corwin Ford! At Corwin Ford and other agencies, in the Quic Lane portion of service the premise is to be able to bring in your car "without" an appointment and get your vehicle serviced within a hour or two at the most! If I every wanted to purchase a new Ford I definitely would never recommend Jim Click Ford.

Excellent buying experience.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They were fair with my trade and gave me additional incentives for military service. They sent me a refund when I overpaid for tax, title and license. Go see Amy. :)

Worst customer service ever.

Didn't fix the car properly, had to argue with the service writer to get it (somewhat)right. People are rude, cashier does great job of ignoring customers. No call back when attempting to make service appt. Perhaps being the only game in town means you don't need customer service.
