Didn't see one negative review in all the reviews posted on their company site...Interesting. I wonder what yelp says. Anyhow....let me then be the 1st. Called this morning & asked the receptionist to be transferred to a finance manager as I had a couple money questions needing answering before I was going to stop by & possibly make a purchase. She told me he was somewhere in the house, assured me he was great at returning vm's promptly & sent me to voicemail. I left a detailed mssg, waited 2 hrs, never received a return call. So I went to another Honda dealer in Tempe, got my financial questions answered...& bought a car. As i type, I've been off the phone for maybe 15 minutes after speaking to the evening operator who said that couldn't be possible.."do you know which finance manager it was?" I replied that i did not, & asked how many finance managers are there? Her reply was "oh' they are all finance managers!" C'mon.....

I’ll Always Choose A Honda

I went to Earnhardt Honda a few years and leased a new vehicle after my lease was up. Now 2 years later I went back and got a great deal from Francisco A. He asked if I wanted to get out of my lease early and get into a new vehicle. Well, yes! Who doesn’t. Made an appointment and went down. Francisco knows I hate to be in the dealership all day. He had a car in my mind for me and I test drove it. Unfortunately, even though I loved the he car my payments would have been way higher than what I wanted. He did some more research and found another car that was in my range and I actually liked this one better! It may not have had all the “bells and whistles” like the other one but this one had enough! I agreed and a little while later I was driving out in my new 2023 CR-V! Thank you to Francisco for always looking out for me when I go there. This time I have purchased my vehicle instead of leasing… Thank you Earnhardt Honda.

We just purchased a 2023 Hona CR-V EX-L. Kelly Parker was our sales person. He is among the top 5 % of sales people we have dealt with over many years. I will go even farther and unequivocally state he is at the very top! We have owned many Hondas over the years and it is refreshing to work with a true professional in the business.

Bait and Switch

Bait and switch. Earnhardt put a tire on with the incorrect side facing out. I noticed it after a tire rotation, so probably 7k on the tire. Service Manager, Karyn, said she would put a new tire on, because I was concerned about the wear pattern once it was flipped. Drove 30 minutes to the dealership just for them to renege on the promise of a new tire. I’ll be using a different Honda dealer in the future.

Everyone was nice and very helpful. Right from the start they took a look at our trade in and we test drove a Pilot. By the time that was done we got a quick price quote and a no pressure sales from Michael E. Once we decided to purchase the process was quick and easy. Recently purchased my new Honda from this dealership. What a great experience overall and would definitely recommend this dealership!! I worked with salesman named Aman. he was able to find me the exact car I was looking for within a day (Even with the car shortage). We were able to negotiate a price over the phone without having to come in. Once we agreed on a price, Marcinello finished up the paperwork, which 90% of it was online. I was able to complete all the paperwork from home without having to do it there. Once I arrived, Marcinello showed me behind the scenes of the service department prepping my car. Really cool experience! While they were prepping the car, Marcinello reviewed the Honda book with me and went over all the features on the vehicle. If you are in market for a new vehicle, i definitely recommend working with Aman and Marcinello! Overall, I could not ask for a better experience! There really is "no bull" like their saying.

I had three days to find a vehicle that could get me to my new job and home. I was looking for a car with low mileage and good gas mileage. I had a few credit challenges, however, I was met with a "can do" attitude immediately. Over the phone, JO took my information, sent me timely emails to sign; JOHNNY set out to find the perfect vehicle for me. My niece went with me to pick up the vehicle Johnny chose for me, based on what I told him, and when she saw it, with extreme joy said, "OMGee Aunt Debbie, your car is so cute!!! I turned to look and thought it was a new vehicle. Every step of the way Johnny ensured I was treated professionally and timely. He was very knowledgeable about the process and about the vehicles there, Johnny just seemed to know what I wanted based on my interests and needs. I drove away in my beautiful Buck Encore and appreciated the great customer service from Jo, Johnny and the Finance Manager. Earnhardt's "no-bull" attitude is real!

Marcelino made the car buying/leasing experience as non stressful as possible. He listened to me and I listened to him. We had pleasant conversation and very business like conversation. I felt respect going both ways. I also had Austin help me with the tech side of my new car. He also was knowledgeable and professional. I have been looking for a car for the past 6 months. Saying that I have spoke with many sales people on the phone through email and text. Most of the people I spoke with were pushy and trying to get me into something I was not interested in even after telling them that's not what I want. the dealer ship on bell called me 5 times in 2 days after I had to tell them to stop calling at this point I was over getting a car. After going through Costco I found Earnhardt Honda in Avondale and spoke with Marcelino and he was great from the first call to the moment I walked out the door with my car. He kept me posted on cars that were coming in and give me all the information I asked for without hesitation. Once i finally made it in to see him, me and my dad were very impressed. He was not pushy and listen to what I was looking for. I needed something super reliable that would last forever and my 2 boys would be able to fit in once they get bigger. him and my dad spoke about there home towns, food family and kids it was nice feeling comfortable and not hassled. it was a great experience.
