Excellent car purchasing experience. The dealership went out of their way to find the exact vehicle that I wanted to purchase, Our sales representative did not pressure us in any way during the process. All of our questions were answered. The paperwork was fast and efficient. We will definitely look to Harbin Ford again when we are in the market for another vehicle.

I purchased my first car here , these people are amazing . The salesmen don’t try to force you do anything . The finance manager doesn’t add any extra add one , they have no crazy “dealer” fees and their prices beat everyone . I initially bought a Kia k5 , after 2 days the seats were killing my back . I brought it back they were so kind to put me in a Camry, and they were calming and very very nice .

Harbin has always done a good job for me. I normally use them for oil/filter changes and tire rotations. Especially like the online appointment setups so I don't spend lots if time waiting for service. Friendly personnel too.

I located my 2013 Toyota Highlander via the web. I received a direct call to set up a test drive almost immediately. When we arrived the car was already detailed and pulled to the front of the lot. We were greeted by everyone who walked by. Our salesman, Manning, was amazing the entire time. He was so friendly and provided any information we had questions about. Overall I would definitely recommend them for any new or used vehicle.

To long to explain, ruined my vehicle so they could do more service work!! Then they got a salesman to talk to me about buying another vehicle!! This is fraud!! Had to take my vehicle somewhere else to get fixed. Harbin Ford messed up the wiring harness and alot of other stuff. I'm very upset with them!!! This is not a # 1 place!!

Too long at service area.

Walked in to check tire sensor at 9 am. Spent two hours too long. Was told done, paid and returned to vehicle. Turned key and sensor light still on... Walked back into service area. Tech walked out and checked sensor with handheld equipment, just to be told tire sensor is defected. Had to wait again to put truck on rack n serviced. Hour later was finally able to leave. Too long for something that took them an hour to resolve.

I had my 2016 Ford Escape serviced at the Quick Lane facility this week. The service went fine. The only thing I have a problem with is that a complementary tire rotation is not included with this service. Since I bought the car new from Harbin, tires and all, the least you could do is throw in a tire rotation. Note that a free tire rotation is offered if you buy 4 tires from Harbin. I presumably bought 4 new tires when I bought the new car!

Harbin's drive-out price undercut 3 regional dealers and 2 others north of Tennessee. And this was for a car that stickered about $1000 more than the first five from the other dealers. Paperwork time was about half of what I've normally spent. Personnel was gracious, car was clean and ready to go....Easily the best car purchasing experience I've had in the region.

My experience at Harbin's Chevrolet is ---- They will help you with your vehicle. I have bought 2 vehicles at Harbin's and I think they are one of the best. A few years ago I bought a used vehicle and then I bought a new one and I can say they are a great group of people to become affiliated with.. Took my Equinox (2015) in for first service at 30k. Called into schedule appointment. No problem. Day of appointment showed up 15 minutes prior to . apt Saw a long line of vehicles waiting to get in to Quick Lane, thought I'll be here time 12 noon. but SURPRISE, I was out by 1030. thanks a lot Harbins.

My Family and went to Harbin just to "look around" and we were greeted by Mr. Anthony Manning he inquired about what we were looking for I told him what I wanted and about what I was looking to pay. he went above and beyond to help. At the end of the day I went home a new owner of a Dodge Magnum. I love it!! and I couldn't be happier with the great service and hospitality shown to us at Harbin Ford. Thank you all so much !!
