This is the same dealership I had bought my Honda Fit Sport back in 2010. Bought my new Honda Civic EX-L Hatchback here as well. The saleslady, Tori, did not pressure me into buying the car I purchased and the sale was a smooth transaction. I had seen this same car at another dealership, but the dealership wasn't willing to remove some of the prepackaged options I did not want. AutoNation Honda had the same car without those prepackaged options and also saved me money on the deal.

No pressure

I enjoyed working with Tori. I came prepared to “negotiate” over excess fees, etc and there almost weren’t any! There was one service fee for something I didn’t want/need and they took it right off. There were no surprises when I did the financing, either. Great experience, all very nice, no pressure people.

Outstanding service

This has been absolutely the best service I've ever had buying a vehicle in my life ever since I first saw the vehicle I wanted online and searching multiple dealerships. I was never pushed and they didn't keep calling me to see if I wanted to test drive the vehicle or anything. When the day came that I set up to go look at it I test drove it and a few hours later I left the dealership with a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a bumper to bumper unlimited mileage warranty.

Terrible experience

My experience was absolutely terrible, my car was kept for three days and absolutely no update was given for why I had brought my car. I was charged a diagnostic fee for something that I told them was the exact problem. They also tried to charge me over a thousand dollars for a part of my car that just got replaced and never addressed the issue. I took my car and left. This has been the worst experience ever. It's sad when mechanics and car dealerships try to scam people out of their money when they're going through desperate times. I would really like my refund back considering absolutely nothing was done to my car and zero reasoning was shown. The mechanics are all about money and have no empathy for people. It should be about the customer and not the dealership seeing a dollar sign. I was also under the impression that with a diagnostic, they would show you everything that's wrong with the car, I was never given any sheet of paper and told exactly what was wrong with my car. I would never go back to this place again.

Car buying at ease!

My sales agent was very nice! Worked with me! I was nervous cause I wasn’t sure what I would be able to get cause I was in a tight spot! Financial bind and bad credit! They helped me find a way and I was approved to get a vehicle which I searched around online and found! It was brand new but it was new to me with low miles! The general sales manager also made sure I would be at ease with car shopping and helped me find a way to get approved! May not be what I wanted as far as APR went but I desperately needed a new car! They both made it happen! I’m very pleased and will bring my business back there next time!

I didn't receive the service I should have

I was told my valve gasket were leaking oil after the service was done I noticed that it was still leaking when I returned I was told I wasn't leaking just left over oil again I noticed oil leaking returned again now its the front spool valve and power steering pump I've been coming in for preventive maintenance check to find things like this l this should have been found before now it could have caused my van to stop on me

So patient too as my purchase was totally new technology to me, but she always made me feel at ease no matter what and always had the answers. Does not honor their advertisement

I received a discount card to an oil change and took it there and the new manager refused to honor it. She stated that they use synthetic oil only and that the discount does not cover that. I asked her where on the discount card it says that and she read it but could not find it. She stated that the headquarters who sends out the cards do not know how things run here in their shop. I told them that I have been getting my oil change here since 2010 and that the previous manager had always honored the discount card. I told her now that I know they will not honor it, I will not come anymore. It’s really too bad because I am getting a new car this year and my first choice was that dealership but now I will be taking my business elsewhere. They just lost that dealership a lot of money!! They also took over 2 hrs for with my car and completed oil change for others who came after I did.

Best car buying experience EVER from the Salesman to the Finance Department

Our Salesman, Dale was absolutely wonderful. This was by far one of the least stressful and quickest new car purchases we have ever done. He listened to what we wanted, found the vehicle & within 24hrs, we had possession of the new car. The finance department was just as amazing.

Worst Service Ever

My wife was traveling in the Mobile area. She was caring for her ailing Mother. She went to start her car and it wouldn't start. After getting someone to jump start the car, we called AutoNation. We made an appointment the for the following day at 7:15 am. We wanted to get the battery checked and the alternator checked. We had an appointment. However, at 11:00am they said it still wasn't ready and offered to drive my wife back to her Mothers' house. After several phone calls in the afternoon, AutoNation said they were still working on it and needed to keep the vehicle over night. The next day around 1:00pm, we FINALLY get a call that the car is ready. What did they find? NOTHING! They said there was nothing wrong with the car. When asked why it took so long, we got different stories from different people. The machine was broken, it was ready yesterday, we were running diagnostics on it, etc. In hindsight, we would have taken it to Advanced Auto Parts or another store that checks the battery and alternator for free...and WITHOUT an appointment. Do better AutoNation.
