Absolutely awful.

I purchased a new 2017 Challenger July 16th. The buying experience was great and I was thrilled with my new car. Their was only an issue with my tint. It had bubbles all in it and needed to be redone. A simple fix. July 18th - I brought my car in to get it redone. In an hour Hendrick's tint guy brought it back up front and it still looked like garbage. He asked me to give it a couple of days. Well, in a couple of days it still looked awful. July 27th - I dropped my car off and was given a loaner car. The next day I went to pick up my car and it still looked awful. Joel Watson looked at it and apologized and practically begged for Hendrick to have another chance at fixing it. I wanted to take it to my own tint guy, but Joel convinced me to let them try again. He offered me a black gas cap to replace my chrome one for my troubles. July 31st - I brought it in again and was given a loaner car. The following day I came in to pick up my car and the rear window and driver's side window were ruined. There were deep scratches in them that had to be intentional. Joel brought it to show the service manager. He told me that I could get my windows replaced and the tint done elsewhere, and that I could bring the bill in and would be reimbursed. This made me late for work on this day. Aug 2nd - The story changed to Joel needing quotes first. My tint quote was given the green light but Joel asked if Hendrick could replace my glass because it would save Hendrick money. I said I was ok with it. A huge mistake. Joel never set up an appointment or directed me to someone else that would help me. Aug. 3rd - I hear nothing from Hendrick. Salesman was in training all week and Sales manager was off. I have to call to check on my car that has been ruined by Hendrick. I call the service dept and I was put on hold for 5 minutes before someone just hung up the phone. Then I call for the general but got his assistant who assured me that the sales manager would take care of me as soon as he came in. He wasn't even scheduled that day. Aug. 8th I pick up my car from having new windows installed. Clip from door panel was sitting in my cup holder. Rear window had the defroster unplugged and the glass was aftermarket glass. I expected OEM glass, that is what they ruined that is what I should get put on my car. I have emailed Joel Smith the GM and have gotten no response. I have contacted Dodge customer service and made complaints. They contacted David the service manager and assured me that he wanted to make it right. I tried calling him but no answer and he never called back after assuring me he would. If you are looking for a car keep looking for another dealer and NEVER use their service department
