Breach of contract! Stay away!!

Deserves a zero rating. They made offer. I accepted next day in discussion with general manager. He told me what to bring and what time to be there. Showed up with certified check at appointed time. Sales manager said deal was off because value changed. Advised I had an appointment and an agreement with GM. Melvin said if that were the case they would do the deal. After disappearing for a few minutes he comes back as deal is off. Advised we had an agreement. GM Bill and Melvin refused to honor. Their word is untrustworthy. Stay away they can't be trusted. Next stop file state complaint and litigation for breach of contract.

Found the car I wanted online. Everyone was very helpful. No pressure. The facility it self was very clean. Enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend. I also want to commend the gentleman that cleans up the cars. He was very helpful in going over some parts of the car. It is evident he enjoys his job.

2013 Honda CR-V

I searched over a month for a Honda CR-V to purchase for use as a tow vehicle behind our motorhome. My online search was both local and country-wide. We visited probably a dozen dealerships and test drove several suv's. I found one online at Birmingham Luxury Motors that hit all the marks and at a great price. I spoke to Stephen Whitlock and he answered all my questions with honestly and an openness not always provided in a car shopping experience. We drove 130 miles one way to see the car, and it was everything Stephen promised, and more. He went the extra mile to make sure the deal was one I felt good about. I highly recommend both Stephen Whitlock and Birmingham Luxury Motors.

Outstanding place to purchase a car

We (my wife and I) had an outstanding experience at Birmingham Luxury Motors. We stopped in right before closing, but NEVER felt rushed or unwelcome. Jack was a pleasure to work with, many times in car dealers you feel like you are just a target for a salesperson. Not here, the entire process of purchasing the vehicle only took 2 hours. No long drawn out haggling or negotiations, no up-selling just open, honest (and refreshingly low-key) business. The entire staff was courteous and welcoming. I wholeheartedly recommend Birmingham Luxury Motors.

Amazing from Start to Finish

After searching for a car for months, I built up a lot of anxiety and was dreading going to yet another dealership. However, Birmingham Luxury Motors was not just another dealership. I was test driving the vehicle I came to see within 10 minutes of arriving and test driving another (the one I took home) as soon as I returned with the keys from the first. Jack was amazing during my purchase and made everything easy and stress free. All commitments were honored that were agreed to prior to purchase and even a couple that I didn't notice until I got home. I would 100% purchase a car there again and I am so grateful to the whole team there for their assistance! Oh, and also, I LOVE MY CAR SO MUCH! Thanks Kelly D Bachus

From prius to outlander

I traded my prius for an outlander from luxury motors a little less then a month now. Customer service was great. Everyone was friendly and they worked with us. I am enjoying my outlander. It is a major change from my little gas saving prius to a sporty vehicle that takes a little more gas then my prius did. I would definitely recommend luxury motors to family and friends.

Great product for the price

I was searching for an above average car versus price. After test driving a couple of VW models, I settled on 2013 Passat S. Although, the dealer had cars w/o an accident they were upfront that this car had been involved in an accident, based on the car fax report. Given it was a 'minor accident' and drove well. we bought it.

This was an excellent buying experience. The sales staff was very friendly and not pushy, which is usually what always comes with car buying. I was able to strike a deal quickly that was very good for both of us. We will be back the next time we decide to buy.

This dealership has a great selection and pricing is much better than other dealerships. We loved that vehicles were car fax certified here. The best thing about service here was no cheesy pushy sales person. Very friendly and straight forward.
