Used 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid Consumer Reviews
Transmission failure at 29,573 miles
We had some standard challenges with our Pacifica, but nothing major. Took it in for a few recalls. Maintained it well. Then at under 4 years and not quite 30k miles, the vehicle died with no warning while we were going 80mph in the left lane of a major highway. We’re lucky we weren’t in an accident. We were towed to a dealer who diagnosed transmission failure. Chrysler replaced it but couldn’t tell us what caused it and tried to blame me. Now, 6 months later it has a major open safety recall with no proposed fix. I HATE this vehicle.

Fire the interior designers
It is impossible to know what the interior designer were thinking when the decided on the selection of colors for the interior. WHITE (Alloy) for a steering wheel and the door sills. This is a family vehicle, that means kids in and out - these sills will be dirty and scuffed very quickly. Also no grey choices, just brown, white and balck (seats only). Last item is the fact that it can not town ANYTHING not even a bike rack......

3 time electrical system failure
I bought this beautiful blue minivan excited to be part of plug in hybrid world, and gas mileage is wonderful when it works It is fully loaded with all the wonderful safety features and parking assist for parallel and perpendicular, but the car’s electric system has now failed for the third time. The last time was only 2 months ago. Both times electrical system has gone out it has sat for 6 weeks or more waiting for them to figure out what was wrong with it. I expect similar this time and am initiating an inquiry into lemon law/buy back. The car only has 31000 miles on it, and it is super cool even as a minivan, but it is terrible that it spends so much time broken. I am sooooo disappointed. I am relieved to report that third failure was due to the regular battery NOT the EV system and that this time the repair is only one business day. I will NOT be initiating a buy back/lemon law for this event if the returned vehicle works because normal batteries fail. It is still ashame that the electrical system completely shuts down, so that you can't even get the car into neutral to be towed, so Chrysler has work to do on future iterations, but I am less disappointed and not ready to give up on it anymore

Excellent luxury family vehicle.
So far I love this vehicle. It handles great, excellent fuel efficiency for daily commuting as well as family trips, and all the luxury options I was looking for in a high-end vehicle.
