Used 2006 Chrysler 300 Consumer Reviews
Love this car
I would buy this car again! The ride is smooth as can be and the power is wonderful. It's fun to drive and the looks - well, every knows what they look like and it still turns heads. The room inside is unbelievable. My Great Dane even fits comfortably! My husband at 6'2" is comfortable in the drivers seat, passengers seat, and he even has plenty of leg room in the back. The ONLY down side is the windshield seems a little narrow and it took a little getting used to when pulling up to stop lights. It is necessary to stop back a little further than normal in order to be able to see the light, otherwise you do have to duck down to see through the windshield. I love this car.
AOK except?
Great car for the money! Performance all aroud is a '10'! Only problem is Visibility . . . . side windows, and rear is the worst visibility. I have had first accident in my life as a result after 40+ yrs. of driving, not serious, but was due to poor visibility....also high profile tires will only last 15k miles tops.

The Best Car on the Market
I had driven a Chrysler 300 approximatley 1 year ago. When we decided to purchase antoher car. I was asked what kind of car I wanted. The Chrysler 300C was the only car that came to mind. Once I test drove "THIS CAR", I knew this was the ONE for me. Talking about comfort, luxury, style, all in one. This car is well worth the drive. I would recommend that you test drive one today. I am sure that you would make this you final purchase. I plan on keeping this on for years to come.
Love It!
I absolutely love my car, probably more than any other vehicle I've ever owned. It looks awesome, drives awesome, what else would you want. Maybe one in every color? That's probably the only thing I would want to change. I love all the colors! Let's just say that I love the Chrysler C (hemi) so much that I'm sure it will also be my next car, just instead of Magnesium, which I have and love, it will probably be the blue. I'm sure I will still have the hundreds of compliments (and race offers) as I do now. Thanks for building such a hot car! Love it!
Different from the rest!
I have owned this great car for 3 months. At first I had some concern about gas mileage and figured I had bought power and it would cost me. REcent 600 mile trip with AC on and Interstate travel at 65-75 mph averaged 23 mpg which included about 2 hours of city driving. 100% interstate yields about 25 mpg. Fun to drive and it gets the looks and thumbs up!
Enjoyable and Frustrating
My experience with the 2006 300c has been enjoyable and frustrating. I find the car fun to drive and comfortable. I get a lot of compliments about the car with the after market grill and chrome pillar posts and I try to keep it clean polished.I think Chrysler did a great job in the design of this vehicle. The frustating part of my ownership experience is that I expected a little more quality for the price, I have 10,000 miles on the car and there is more squeaking and creaking than I had in the 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 54,000 miles on it.
Bad Transmission
I am was very excited about my 300 but that excitement has diminished. My car has been to the dealership 5 times since July, the first four times was because of fuel problems and I was told to but a higher octane gas, still had problems until the 4th time when I had to have the throttle body decarbonized because of the poor advice from the 1st visit. Now the transmission needs to be replaced because it was low on transmission fluid for too long. Note you can not check check the fluid the dealership has to this. My question is why wasn't this check the 1st four times I went in. The warranty is gone and now I need to spend $2900 in addition to the $700 already spent in a 2 yr old car.
abc
low winshield. difficult to see traffic lights when up close. sometimes using the sun roof to see the traffic light makes it easier. however, then you have to move up to the stop line. that brings you close to the center of traffic. nevertheless, it's something you get use to. the car is dynamite. i am told so by people on the street every day. the guys just go on about the design and the ladies, it's the unspoken look. good job
Happy on Long Island
I just purchased the 300 Limited. It took me about 6 months to decide between a Cadillac or Chrysler, well as you see I picked the Chrysler and I am loving it. The ride is excellent. The body looks like I paid 50,000 or better. I have also taken it back to be serviced for a sensor and even there I was very pleased on the service. Keep it up Chrysler.
