Used 2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer Consumer Reviews
Perry's Trailblazer
this has been the best vehicle I have ever owned. You get a lot of bang for the buck with this SUV. Performance is great and it has a smooth, car-like ride. When this vehicle first came out it had a lot of advancements that were firsts on an SUV, like steel reinforced hydraformed side rails for safety, and a smooth powerful european inline 6 cylinder. Besides normal wear and tear maintanance costs and some dealer recalls, the vehicle has been very reliable.
Where's The Road?
This is the question you will be asking yourself after driving this vehicle. The steering is so bad that you cannot feel the rood. The steering has NO center point at all. Too bad for the people at Chevy. A better steering set up and this thing could have given Exploer a run for the money. For now just another GM miss. Back to the drawing board for the company that just won't listen!

Ken's Trail Blazer
Equal to or better than any of the cars, SUV's I have ever driven. Exception is the SL Mercedes ontight corners and turns. Fun to drive
Having Fun
My wife and I test drove the Envoy at a GM Truck Show in Motion. She fell in love with how it drove and handled. Compared to the Dodge Durango it was by far more quiet and had more power. With 500 miles on the odometer we love every aspect of the vehicle and would make the purchase again. I am a picky new car buyer and usually can find things to have the dealer repair right away. I am happy to say that to date I have yet to find something.
More Than I Expected
I was extremely surprised by the quality and comfort of the Trailblazer. The gas mileage is a respectable 18.5 in the city and 21mpg on the highway. It has very durable hardware inside and out. I am very pleased and will buy another.
