2002 Chevrolet Suburban 1500 LS 2WD 4dr SUV (5.3L 8cyl 4A)

This is the vehicle to have if you have
a family. This thing seats everyone
very comfortably. It rides like a
Cadillac. I wish they would make the
3rd row seat a little more handier to
remove and/or fold down, but not at the
expense of the comfort of those that
ride back there. If you want room and
comfort, this is the one to get.

Best Features

Engine and transmission are flawless and very powerful. Even if it is fully occupied, you can't tell when you hit the gas. If you don't need the center middle seat for a baby seat, get the captians chairs!

Worst Features

More room getting to the 3rd row seats for those of us who don't have the captians chairs. Of course, better MPG, but at this size, I guess it does OK. The brakes squeak a little in city driving (I have heard this from 2 other Suburban owners) - GM needs to address that.
