2022 Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD LTZ 4dr Crew Cab 4WD LB (6.6L 8cyl 6A)
Just got my new 2022 HD3500 Crewcab LB 4x4 LTZ Diesel, feels quite different than my same 2018 which I loved. Front seats are HORRIBLE, flat & firm, feels like you're sitting on wood, mileage is really bad, getting 11-13 mpg driving the same as before and getting 15-17 on the old truck. Front end has a "shake" or wobble, rear end makes noise on the freeway, the ride is also horrible … compared to old truck. Had to lower air psi in all tires to lessen the bouncing. The tilt & telescopic feature has also been changed, new truck you can't "tilt" the wheel away from you to get in or out, also the pedals don't adjust as before. Keyless start is so-so, at times it won't turn off when you press the button, much prefer using a key. E brake is now a "button" I prefer the old style as it's quicker, you have to wait for the E brake to release and see the message before driving. The interior is cheap & dated, very uncomfortable, ride is horrible, mileage is bad. Overall the new truck isn't worth the money and isn't a "keeper" I will be trading it in or selling ASAP.
