2004 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD 4dr Crew Cab LS 4WD SB (6.0L 8cyl 5M)

This truck has met or exceeded my
expectations. When pulling a car
hauler loaded with ATV's it is easy to
forget that the trailer is back their.
The tail does not wag the dog. The
crew cab provides plenty of room for
four adults on long drives. So far
the best fuel mileage without a trailer
is 18 mpg. I have heard it gets better
after engine break in has occurred.
The allison transmission lives up to
the rave reviews. It shifts smoothly
in standard and tow mode. I like the
way it down shifts in the tow mode. I
have had no problems with the truck.

Best Features

Duramax engine, Comfortable for 4 adults, Smooth ride, Build quality, Storage areas and interior features.

Worst Features

Add a radar detector. Mud flaps should be standard on all trucks. After all its a truck. For the price of these trucks it should come with a longer factory warrenty.
