Chevy Really Did It
By Tannakat on

2001 Chevrolet Impala LS 4dr Sedan (3.8L 6cyl 4A)

This is an excellent car...I'm very
picky, and I only have two major areas
for improvement for this vehicle. I
plan to keep this car for a while, we
are really enjoying it, and the gas
mileage has drastically improved since
it was new (split 1/2 hwy & 1/2 city,
about 275 mpg, all hwy almost 400 mpg).

Best Features

Comfortable and easy to use seats, excellent gas mileage, plenty of room when travelling long distances, radio and cruise controls on the steering wheel, floor shifter, huge trunk...its just a great car.

Worst Features

Major blindspot in the frame around the front windshield, makes pulling out into traffic hairy. The design of the rear end, especially with the spoiler makes backing up a bit of a chore, since its hard to see what is behind and how close it is.
