They rebooted the computer (an all-day process) and got it back on the road. Two months later, it has happened again. Again GM/Chevy have no clue as to the cause and are unable to offer anything other than an apology. DO NOT PURCHASE A 2025 TRAVERSE until and unless they are able to fix their computer problem.
