BMW's redesigned, midrange luxury coupe, the 4 Series (and formerly known as the 3 Series), ran away with 1st place at 16.9 percent of the vote. The scintillating Chevrolet Corvette Stingray took 2nd with 10.5 percent. Close behind the 'Vette at 8.8 percent was another BMW, this time the exotic, plug-in hybrid sports car known as the i8.
