On February 27, the dealership posted a picture of a toucan and said that the "first person to stop in today and tell our service department 'toucan' will get a free oil change."

Other recent examples have included free tire rotation, 10 percent off any service and a mystery gift.

Secret words are largely drawn from nature and have included raccoon, coconut, cardinal, sea turtle and moose.

The dealership said in a statement on Thursday that it "regularly connects with its Facebook friends by offering exclusive deals that only visitors to their page will know about."

Stevens Point Honda calls social media a great "means of engagement."
