DETROIT — March Madness isn't just for college basketball. This month a number of crazy-good deals are available to consumers in the market for a new car, truck or SUV.
Other current deals from GM include Buick's zero-percent financing for five years, plus a $500 cash allowance on a 2015 Enclave full-size SUV and Cadillac's 1.9 percent APR for five years, plus $2,000 bonus cash back, on a 2015 SRX luxury SUV.
The Lexus Command Performance Sales Event features 0.9 percent financing on several models, including the 2015 IS 250 entry-level luxury sedan, 2015 ES 350 luxury sedan, 2015 GS 350 F Sport performance sedan, 2015 RX 350 luxury SUV, 2015 ES Hybrid sedan and 2015 CT Hybrid hatchback.
With the Nissan Now March sale, buyers can get $1,000 in bonus cash, on top of other existing offers, on models like the 2015 Titan pickup and 2015 Pathfinder SUV, and up to $500 in bonus cash on a 2015 Versa Note subcompact.
The Subaru Love Spring Event features zero-percent financing on the 2015 XV Crosstrek Hybrid compact SUV, with 0.9 percent financing available on the 2015 Forester compact SUV and 2015 BRZ sports coupe. The event also includes 1.49 percent financing on a number of models, as well as a variety of special lease offers.
Deals in Toyota's 1 For Everyone Sales Event include zero-percent financing on models like the 2015 Avalon luxury sedan, 2015 Camry midsize sedan, 2015 Corolla compact car, 2015 Sienna minivan, 2015 Prius hybrid, 2015 RAV4 compact SUV and 2015 Tundra full-size pickup.
Although, as previously reported by Edmunds, February has become a traditional month for Presidents Day auto sales, March may be catching up with its own brand of pricing madness.
Note that most offers vary by region, apply only to qualified customers and require buyers to select from vehicles currently in stock. Many advertised finance plans require a down payment, and most offers end on March 31.
Edmunds says: Smart shoppers should check with their local dealers for special March pricing.
