Lincoln Service Valet will pick up a customer's vehicle at an agreed location, provide a complimentary loaner vehicle and take the customer's vehicle to the dealership for service.
The vehicle also will be washed and returned to the location selected by the customer.
"Our dealers view this as a way to differentiate the client experience for Lincoln owners," said Andrew Frick, Lincoln North American director of sales and services, in a statement. "No matter what Lincoln vehicle clients have from our portfolio, they have the peace of mind of getting that vehicle to and from service at a location of their choice, with a complimentary Lincoln loaner in order to maintain their busy schedules."
Lincoln has been testing the service in a pilot program that began in May 2015 and said there has been an "overwhelming" response to it.
Customers who tried the program said they would recommend Lincoln to a friend because of it.
Lincoln Service Valet is designed to set the automaker apart from such rivals as Cadillac, Infiniti and Lexus.
