Infiniti Q60 Concept Previews Future Coupe: 2015 Detroit Auto Show

HONG KONG — The Infiniti Q60 Concept coupe, which will be unveiled next month at the 2015 Detroit Auto Show, previews the replacement for the current Infiniti Q60.

A production version of the concept will target the Audi A5, BMW 4 Series, Cadillac ATS coupe, Lexus RC 350 and Mercedes-Benz C-Class coupe.

A single teaser image of the concept reveals sculpted sides, a long hood, an unusual C-pillar and what appears to be a camera in place of a side mirror. Infiniti revealed few details about the car and did not disclose launch timing or pricing.

"Muscular lines are revealed in the silhouette of the Q60 Concept: pure, well-defined contours, making the concept's intentions easy to understand at first glance," the automaker said in a statement.

The current Q60 is the renamed Infiniti G coupe.

The 2015 Q60 is available at Infiniti dealerships in coupe, convertible and IPL convertible models.

Edmunds says: This striking new concept signals Infiniti's intention to be a serious player in this ultra-competitive segment of the luxury market.
