DETROIT — Manufacturer incentives for April are raining savings down on car shoppers in the market for a great deal.
Shoppers will find a Spring Clearance Event at Dodge dealerships, as well. There, the bargains include zero-percent financing for 84 months on select 2016 Dodge Dart models, as well as $2,500 cash back on a 2015 Challenger or $2,000 cash back on a 2016 Challenger.
Chevrolet invites April shoppers to Get Yours While They Last, with deals that include 15 percent of MSRP cash back on most remaining 2015 Chevy vehicles, as well as 2016 Cruze Limited and Malibu Limited models.
Mazda dealers say they're the First Stop on the Road to Happiness, and they're proving it with offers like zero-percent financing for up to 60 months on such vehicles as the 2016 Mazda 3 sedan and 2016 Mazda 6 sedan. There's also a special lease deal on a 2016 MX-5 Miata for $407 per month for 36 months, with zero due at signing.
The Volkswagen Safety in Numbers Event continues through April and includes a $1,250 reward card with the purchase of a 2015 or 2016 Passat sedan, or a $1,000 reward card with the purchase of a 2015 or 2016 Jetta sedan, 2016 CC sedan or 2016 Beetle hatchback.
Ram dealers have dubbed April Guts & Glory Truck Month, and to celebrate they're offering a 2016 Ram 1500 Big Horn Crew Cab at zero-percent financing for 60 months, with a $6,500 total value package that includes bonus cash and a package discount.
Audi is offering cash incentives of $500-$2,000 to owners of competitive brands, including BMW, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, Acura or Infiniti when they purchase such new models as a 2016 Audi A3, A4, A6 or A8.
Note that most of these deals are limited-time offers, some apply only to the oldest vehicles currently in stock, and some are available only to existing customers. Also, offers can vary according to geographic area, trim level of the vehicle, the customer's credit rating and specific lease or financing terms.
