Acura Celebrates 30th Anniversary With New Marketing Campaign

TORRANCE, California — A new Acura marketing campaign dubbed "30 Years Young" celebrates a major milestone for the brand and highlights a lineup that includes the 2016 Acura ILX sedan and high-performance 2017 Acura NSX coupe.

The campaign, which is aimed at Millennial shoppers, will be showcased at Acura dealerships in the U.S. with 30th anniversary posters and with spots on Acura's social channels.

"As Acura marks its 30th anniversary, the brand is launching a new marketing campaign that celebrates its American roots and the key models that have contributed to its success," Honda's premium brand said in a statement on Thursday.

Acura competes against Buick, Infiniti and Lexus.

The Acura lineup also includes the Acura RLX sedan, Acura TLX sedan, Acura RDX SUV and Acura MDX SUV.

Edmunds says: Acura grows up along with its clientele, Millennial shoppers who have increasing clout in the marketplace.
