2017 Toyota Camry, Camry Hybrid Pricing Announced

TORRANCE, California — The 2017 Toyota Camry midsize sedan arrives at Toyota dealerships this week with a starting price of $23,905.

The pricing includes an $835 destination charge.

"Prices for all Camry and Camry Hybrid models are unchanged from the previous model year," Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A. said in a statement.

The top-of-the-line 2017 Camry XSE V6 is priced at $32,205.

The 2017 Camry Hybrid starts at $27,625, while the top-of-the-line Camry Hybrid HV XLE is priced at $30,975.

All prices include shipping.

The best-selling Camry rolls into the new model year with several enhancements.

Camry XLE and XSE models now have a standard Entune Audio Plus multimedia system with Connected Navigation app and JBL Audio. The XLE, XSE four-cylinder and XLE Hybrid now come standard with Qi wireless smartphone charging.

Blue Streak Metallic exterior paint is now a regular production color on the Camry SE and XSE. It was previously available only on the 2016 Camry Special Edition.

Buyers can select from three powertrain choices on the 2017 Camry. They include a 178-horsepower 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine, a 268-hp 3.5-liter V6 and the hybrid model.

Key Camry rivals include the Ford Fusion, Honda Accord, Hyundai Sonata and Mazda 6.

Edmunds says: No price increase will strike the right note with many car shoppers in this crowded segment.
