2017 Honda Accord On Sale Now, Priced at $23,190


TORRANCE, California — The carryover 2017 Honda Accord midsize sedan and coupe arrive at Honda dealerships today.

The 2017 Accord sedan starts at $23,190, while the Accord coupe is priced at $24,860. Both prices include an $835 destination charge and reflect a $150 price increase over the 2016 models.

Honda beefs up the 2017 Accord lineup with the addition of the new 2017 Accord Sport Special Edition, a value-oriented model that adds premium features, including leather seats with red stitching, heated seats and "Special Edition" badge.

The Sport SE with a standard six-speed manual transmission is priced at $26,250. The Sport SE with a continuously variable transmission starts at $27,050.

The top-of-the-line 2017 Accord Touring sedan with a six-speed automatic transmission is priced at $35,665.

The top-of-the-line 2017 Accord Touring coupe is priced at $35,210. All prices include shipping.

The base Accord is equipped with a 185-horsepower 2.4-liter inline four-cylinder engine. A 278-hp 3.5-liter V6 engine is optional.

The popular Accord was significantly upgraded for the 2016 model year.

Key Accord competitors include the Ford Fusion, Hyundai Sonata, Nissan Altima and Toyota Camry.
