2017 Chrysler Pacifica Priced at $29,590

AUBURN HILLS, Michigan — The all-new 2017 Chrysler Pacifica minivan will arrive at Chrysler dealerships this spring starting at $29,590 for the base LX model. Pricing includes a $995 destination charge.

Fiat-Chrysler on Thursday said the new Pacifica offers "more standard content at a lower price point than its key competitors."

The base Pacifica undercuts the base 2016 Honda Odyssey and 2016 Toyota Sienna minivans. But it is more expensive than the base 2016 Kia Sedona and 2016 Nissan Quest minivans.

The Pacifica also is less expensive than the vehicle it replaces, the outgoing 2016 Chrysler Town & Country minivan, which starts at $30,990, including a $995 destination charge.

Standard features on the base Pacifica LX include Stow ?n Go seats, a power driver's seat, six-speaker sound system and 17-inch aluminum wheels.

The Pacifica Touring adds standard SiriusXM satellite radio, power sliding doors, passive entry on all doors and automatic headlights. It is priced at $31,490.

The Pacifica Touring-L starts at $35,490 and adds several features, including heated first-row seats, three-zone automatic temperature control, foglamps and a power liftgate.

A high-end Pacifica Touring-L Plus is priced at $38,890 and adds a number of features, including a standard rear-seat entertainment system, heated second-row seats and a 13-speaker Alpine sound system.

The top-of-the-line Pacifica Limited, priced at $43,490, piles on a long list of items. They include an integrated vacuum, HID headlights and a tri-pane panoramic sunroof.

Shipping is included in all pricing.

Pricing on the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid will be announced closer to its launch date later this year.

Edmunds says: The wide range of prices and features on the 2017 Pacifica should make this new minivan attractive to lots of families.
