HERNDON, Virginia — The 2017 Audi Q3 premium compact SUV is on the way to Audi dealerships with a starting price of $32,750, including a $950 destination charge.

The price is for the new Premium entry-level Q3 2.0T with front-wheel drive, which offers buyers many of the standard features that were previously only available on the Q3 Premium Plus model. They include 12-way power front seats, a panoramic sunroof and LED taillights.

In comparison, the base 2016 Audi Q3 Premium Plus is priced at $34,625, including shipping.

The 2017 Q3 2.0T with quattro all-wheel drive starts at $34,850, including shipping.

The top-of-the-line Q3 2.0T with quattro all-wheel drive is priced at $42,250, including shipping.

An optional Sport plus package includes the Sport interior package with Audi drive select, front sport seats and a three-spoke multifunction steering wheel with shift paddles.

Key competitors to the Q3 include the BMW X1, Buick Encore and Mercedes-Benz GLA-Class.

Edmunds says: Entry-level Audi buyers will see a savings of $1,875 on the new base 2017 Q3 compared to the 2016 model. It's an enticement to get you to stop in at your local Audi dealership.
