AUBURN HILLS, Michigan — The 2015 Ram 1500 Rebel full-size pickup truck, a new off-road-oriented trim with special suspension modifications, starts at $43,985, including a $1,195 destination charge, Fiat-Chrysler announced on Tuesday.
The 2015 Ram 1500 Laramie Limited, a high-end version of the Ram 1500 that targets the Ford F-150 Platinum, GMC Sierra Denali and Toyota Tundra 1794 Edition, starts at $51,870, including a $1,195 destination charge.
The Ram 1500 Laramie Limited arrives at Ram dealerships this summer.
The automaker said the two trucks will carry into the 2016 model year.
The Ram 1500 Rebel is available in three trim levels. The base 4x2 Crew Cab model is equipped with a 5.7-liter Hemi V8 engine.
Priced at $45,915 including shipping, the Ram 1500 Rebel 4x4 Crew Cab comes standard with a 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine. The top-of-the-line Ram 1500 Rebel 4x4 Crew Cab with a 5.7-liter Hemi V8 starts at $47,565, including shipping.
The Ram 1500 Laramie Limited comes in four trim levels. The base 4x2 Crew Cab model is equipped with a 5.7-liter V8 engine, and the Ram 1500 Laramie Limited 4x2 Crew Cab with a 3.0-liter EcoDiesel engine starts at $54,990, including shipping.
The Ram 1500 Laramie Limited 4x4 Crew Cab with a 5.7-liter Hemi V8 is priced at $55,375, while the Ram 1500 Laramie Limited 4x4 Crew Cab with a 3.0-liter EcoDiesel starts at $58,495. Prices include shipping.
The Rebel gets a new grille, standard heated front seats, front tow hooks and a new 17-inch aluminum wheels.
Opulent is the key word for the Laramie Limited. Premium touches include full-leather seating, real wood trim in the cabin and a new grille.
