- Edmunds expects that two versions are likely to make it to U.S. dealerships this fall: a hybrid version dubbed the NX 300h and a gasoline version called the NX 200t.
- "The new model, based on the LF-NX concept car, marks Lexus's entry into the compact crossover market," said Toyota in a statement.

Pricing and technical details were not announced.
The original version of the Lexus LF-NX debuted at the 2013 Frankfurt Auto Show with an eye on targeting the Range Rover Evoque. The LF-NX proved to be a polarizing concept vehicle. But a new teaser photo shows a more conventional crossover with sleek lines and angular headlights.
Edmunds says: Car shoppers can expect the 2015 Lexus NX to be priced around $30,000, which may make it worth the wait.
