2015 Jeep Renegade Shows Off Mopar Customization Possibilities: 2015 Detroit Auto Show

DETROIT — The 2015 Jeep Renegade rolls into the 2015 Detroit Auto Show in two versions that raid the Mopar parts bin and provide inspiration for customers intent on customizing the small SUV.

The 2015 Renegade arrives at Jeep dealerships in January. Pricing has not been announced.

The off-road Mopar-equipped Jeep Renegade is spun off the Trailhawk model. Details include a Commando Green paint treatment, body-side graphics and a map of Detroit on the hood. The Motor City map is one of the popular new Mopar accessories introduced in 2014.

Rounding out the package are satin black wheels with a single spoke trimmed in Colorado red.

The cabin gets Katzkin leather seat covers, HVAC bezels, speaker grilles and Mopar slush mats.

The urban Mopar-equipped Renegade is built from the Renegade Limited model. Exterior Anvil paint is accented by Omaha orange touches, including orange pockets on the satin black wheels. A Mopar hitch bike carrier means this custom SUV is ready for outdoor activities.

The interior gets several Jeep Authentic Accessories, including a premium carpet mat, carpet cargo mat and Jeep logo-decorated door sills.

Key Renegade competitors include the Kia Soul, Nissan Juke, Mini Countryman and Subaru Impreza.

Edmunds says: Your Jeep dealer will be happy to assist you when it comes to customizing your Renegade and now there's even a mobile app to help with everything.
