FOUNTAIN VALLEY, California The 2015 Hyundai Veloster hatchback starts at $18,710, including an $810 destination charge, reflecting a $100 price increase over the 2014 model, according to the Hyundai U.S.A. vehicle configurator.

Hyundai's top-of-the-line 2015 Veloster Turbo with the optional six-speed automatic transmission starts at $24,310, including shipping.

The 2015 Veloster is on sale at dealerships now.

The 2015 Hyundai Veloster Turbo R-Spec, a special midrange model, starts at $22,310, including shipping. It features a six-speed manual transmission, optional red exterior accents and a unique suspension.

A special-edition 2015 Veloster Re:Flex model starts at $22,660, including shipping. Hyundai said this model will have "limited availability" and an exclusive Ice Pearl exterior color.

The 2015 Veloster is a carryover model with minor changes. Automatic temperature control has been added to the optional Technology package and 18-inch alloy wheels are now part of the Style package.

Key competitors to the Veloster include the Ford Focus, Mini Cooper, Nissan Juke and Volkswagen Beetle.
