DETROIT — The 2015 GMC Terrain SUV starts at $27,485, including a $925 destination charge, reflecting a $95 price increase over the 2014 model, according to the vehicle configurator at GMC.com.

The top-of-the-line 2015 GMC Terrain SLT-2 starts at $33,990, including shipping.

GMC's 2015 Terrain Denali starts at $36,415, including a $925 destination charge, reflecting a $335 price increase over the 2014 model.

The 2015 GMC Terrain and Terrain Denali are on sale now at GMC dealerships.

This is a carryover vehicle with minimal changes for the new model year.

New features include OnStar with 4G LTE and standard built-in Wi-Fi hotspot for greater connectivity. The hotspot is on whenever the vehicle is on and comes with a three-month/3GB data trial.

Two new exterior colors are Dark Sapphire Blue Metallic and Cypress Green Metallic.

Standard equipment includes a 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine, a six-speed automatic transmission, six airbags and electronic stability control.

The Terrain competes with the Ford Edge, Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, Mazda CX-7 and Mitsubishi Outlander.

Edmunds says: The base 2015 GMC Terrain gets a minor price increase, but car shoppers will find a larger increase for the Denali version.
