Standard safety equipment on the 2015 Mustang includes eight airbags, along with a new glovebox-mounted knee airbag for the front-seat passenger and a driver's knee airbag. Other standard features include antilock brakes, traction control, stability control and a rearview camera.
Edmunds says: Car shoppers should note that the 2015 Chevrolet Camaro and 2015 Dodge Challenger also earned the top five-star overall safety rating from NHTSA. The 2015 Nissan 370Z has not been rated.
