The option will be available on Regular, SuperCab and SuperCrew models. The option package requires the truck to be equipped with a 5.0-liter V8 engine and four-wheel drive. It is available across XL, XLT and Lariat trim levels.
The feature allows the driver to operate a plow installed via the aftermarket.

Word of the unusual option in the truck segment coincides with one of the snowiest winters in memory.
