2005 Cadillac CTS 4dr Sedan (3.6L 6cyl 6M)

I agree with Dawna - bought the car used, goes through 5 qts every 3000 miles or so. Engine bucked on acceleration. Dealer charged me $100 to reflash the ECM which (unknown to me) was under recall and should have been free. Now it won't start and service airbag light is on. Center column plastic is peeling. Will never buy another Cadillac .

Best Features

Nothing, really.

Worst Features

Needs quantum improvements in quality, reliability, engineering and dealer responsiveness. Burning lots of SYNTHETIC oil is NOT normal, yet it is a common complaint for CTS owners, and same response from Cadillac. Take a tip from Toyota, own up to it, and fix it.
