On April 25, I made a significant leap into the electric vehicle world by purchasing the 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ. While I’ve experienced several electric vehicles before, including the high-performance Tesla Model X and S, this was my first actual purchase. Interestingly, I wasn’t even in the market for an EV; I was at the Cadillac dealership contemplating trading in my 2022 gas … Escalade.
From the moment I laid eyes on the Escalade IQ, I was captivated. Its smooth, sleek, and sophisticated design instantly drew me in. I took it for a test drive, and I knew I couldn’t walk away. The next day, it was proudly parked in my garage.
After a week away, I found myself longing for my new ride, even though I was driving a BMW 430 rental. The contrast was stark; while the BMW was fine, it paled in comparison to the excitement of owning the Escalade IQ.
