Stay away from this car
We had problem with the car since day one. Last issue was in break system where it stopped working while my wife driving in the car. Very scary moment. The worse part is the dealership could not point to the problem. My car is parked in the garage! Horrible dealership response.

Get the M50i
The power the 523 horses make is amazing! It’s my wife’s car, so I only get to drive on occasion! The interior is awesome to say the least! She had the X5 but was a bit cramped for me, the X7 has a ton more room ! The rumble of the V8 reminds me of the power this bad boys has !! Sound systems and the 2nd row captain chairs are a must in my opine! I’m ready for a road trip ! Hard to keep my heavy foot off the pedal!!

Amazing
Purchased 2021 CPO with 5k miles; driven 400 miles in 3 weeks and absolutely love the drive. I have driven many SUV’s over the last 20 years. Acura MDX, Mazda CX9, Mercedes M and GLS, Lexus RX, GX and the X7 is the best drive by far. The engine is smooth and refined, the cabin is quite, spacious and comfortable. In my opinion the only thing I would want more of is more under cabin storage space. The space offered is used to store the cargo cover.

You hear the upgraded M sport brakes a mile away
It is sad that I paid almost 90k for my 2022 x7 with 17k miles and my brakes are so loud! When I took the car back to bmw to get looked at, I was told that it’s just one of the bad things that wrong with the car and it can’t be fixed.

The rear tires wear out at 12,000 miles!!!!!
Apparently, due to the heavy weight of this SUV,the rear tires routinely wear out at about 12,000 miles.Being Run Flat tires, they are not cheap.None of the traditional car reviews ever mention this. Caveat Emptor!! I drive like an old man, so it is not a case of fast acceleration & heavy braking.

dissapointed
I wish I would have read reviews on the X7 before buying. I'm now at the point of selling or trading my 2020 X7. The main reason is all the issues I've had with a 1year old car. so far the car has had the car computer repaired, one suspension strut replaced, brakes replaced, water pump replaced, moon roof shade replaced and now the charging pad is not functioning properly. I truly loved my car but now I'm worried the warranty won't be enough for me to keep this vehicle any longer.

Early still but Impressed!
Only had the car for 1 week at this point but so far, we are extremely impressed. It rides great, is super quiet, and a radar detector is on the purchase list! This car is extremely quick and you can soon find yourself well over the speed limit without knowing it. Super comfortable, great standard features and is a joy to drive/ride in. Get the massaging seats feature...it's amazing.
