Once I decided to buy a used BMW ,(no small investment, even used) the buying options seemed endless. Carvana, CarMax, individual sellers, Import dealers, and every brand of new car dealers. I decided early on that I was only going to buy from a BMW Dealership . I felt that BMW’s reputation for customer service was some protection should I need it after purchase and that their inspection of the car would be superior due to their BMW expertise, even though there was no implied warranty with the vehicle. I can say , without a doubt, I made the right decision. Within 35 days of purchase I had 2 rather expensive issues with the car . These were out of the ordinary for the mileage on the car and nothing that could have been found prior to purchase. Once I spoke with the Sales Manager, Mark Miller, I felt that if there was any chance to remedy this situation, he would find it. His sincerity and empathy immediately made me feel better. Thanks to the solid reputation and goodwill of BMW of Asheville, they took care of both of these issues at no cost to me. I could not be more pleased by their honesty and integrity. Their customer service cannot be matched. They have gone above and beyond and couldn’t get a higher recommendation for purchasing a new or used car.
