LAS VEGAS — The 2015 Hyundai Genesis will feature the automaker's next-generation Blue Link telematics and infotainment system.

It debuts at the 2014 Consumer Electronics Show and the 2014 Detroit Auto Show.

Upgrades include swipe gestures for quick access to core features, advanced voice recognition and an all-new infotainment system. The system will also feature "completely redesigned touch interface and navigation," Hyundai said.

Hyundai's Blue Link debuted in 2011, starting with the Hyundai Sonata and Veloster. Initial features included such things as an "Eco-Coach" that improves driving efficiency and remote door lock/unlock capabilities.

Edmunds says: Improved telematics should resonate with shoppers considering the new Genesis.
