Very comfortable ride and a great looking and driving car. Storage space is too limited- the trunk area of my daughter's Tiguan seems like a semi-trailer compared to the Q5. The technology is frustrating- bluetooth often fails to connect and generally I find it to be less than intuitive. Based on the fact that every time I brought it in for an oil change there were multiple cars at the dealership for issues related to the infotainment system- I'm guessing this is an across the board Audi problem. Motor on my power liftgate had to be replaced about 6 months after leasing the car and it took 3 months for the dealership to get the replacement parts. Despite the fact that I got good gas mileage- that is offset by the need for premium fuel in the vehicle. Sites like this and others should do a better job of highlighting the premium fuel requirements of vehicles they review since in my area premium fuel is generally $1.00 to $1.75 more per gallon.

Bought the car on 3 days ago and have to take it to the dealership because the SOS light is blinking red from day one. I did not notice that. And there is no user profile setting option to connect o audi connect.. this is the worst experience with a new car that too after spending over 50K out of pocket.

I already have an Audi A5 which I love, but it’s not a practical travel companion, so I bought a 2021 Q5 for long trips. Unfortunately on the first 8 hour long road trip I regretted the decision. The seats are so firm that I had low back and hip pain. So much so it was enough that I took Tylenol when I arrived at my destination. Around town I don’t have this issue (meaning it was not obvious on the test drive). By far this is my biggest issue, and it’s enough that despite having only owned it 3 months, I’ll be trading it in before next summer. Other issues is the cargo space is limited. I had to insert my standard suitcase on its side because the hatch wouldn’t close when inserting length-wise. The tech is good although a bit glitchy. I sometimes I have to reconnect my phone to it several times. Apparently an issue audi is aware of. Also I have found that the Audi pre-sense FCW is very sensitive. On a positive note, I got an impressive 32 mpg on the hwy which is more than the epa rating, and the suv is pretty nimble and responsive fir it’s class. It’s also super quite on the inside.

Just bought brand-new 2022 Audi Q5 Premier Pulse this month. Great medium SUV that you feel comfort and secure. Chip shortage cause some of the safety future not working but it is still the problem for 2023 modals too. Less than a week give me less experience with the vehicle so I will update more later on.

Bought my Audi 3 days ago pre owned. I'm very satisfied. Was a little apprehensive at first because of size. I wanted something smaller than the Pathfinder I was driving. I'm loving it now.

Loved the plug in and performance. Hated the connectivity complexity and mandate to buy yet another SIM card and cell service. Just charge me more and make it easy to use.

I absolutely love my new Q5. This is actually my second 2021 q5 as the first required a windshield replacement and now the second has is causing blurred vision. Why??!!

I experienced a sudden acceleration while I was getting off the freeway. I applied the brakes 3 times and barely able to stop. I have to turn off the engine before it gets back to normal. It’s was a scary experience.

A wonderful ride, the interior is big enough, sits high enough, extremely quiet, very stylish, and it’s all about the comfort for me. The technology is well equipped in this vehicle, and I love my Q5 Premium Plus.
